FYI to everyone
This Vietnam Spa is not really a " in office" ie doctor's.
Dermatologist doctors send people to these kinds of Spas to get this done. These types of spas are not the normal spas thought of in the US. They are more geared to doing things like this not nails, hair, facials, ect.
Thuy, the Spa's owner is doing this herself. The spa has 7 totals steps they do on each client. The popping step is the only one videoed and uploaded. Bad cases go on meds with doctors Thuy works with. She has gone to school for this type of health care.
She also sets up a home maintenance for each client including what to eat and drink and what not to. Vietnam is not obsessed with beauty like the US and one unfortunate thing is people there tend to let their acne get worse/build up over time before coming to these spas. They also don't have health insurance like the US has so it is understandable. Also most people there can't afford Doctor's office visits for acne.
Thuy is well know in Vietnam for clearing up faces. A playlist on her SAC DEP SPA YT channel called "Hung" shows an amazing serious case of acne that was changed in only about 6 weeks.

I want this job. I could squeeze all day.
Is this guy a doctor?
Ohhh. 😄😜
Thuy is better than a Dr ❤
i love to do so! but no more black head for me to squeeze anymore😢
We are taught to extract until there is a spot blood before finishing each one. You haven’t gotten it all until there’s a spot of blood. A spot. The holes are forever, so don’t let the skin get used to being stretched around full pores. They’ll just hold more sebum next time. This is a forever maintenance.

Exactly right, and it drives me nuts when most of the techs on most of these videos never clean to the blood tinged ends.

Yall are disgusting wash up
For the love of God, don't just randomly start using salicylic acid and/or retinol everyday! Both can be very irritating alone and especially together. Salicylic acid is oil soluble and very effective at treating blackheads. Start using it only once or twice a week and gradually increase if there are no signs of irritation (it can take days for the effects to irritate skin). Once you get on a good regimen with the SA then you can add retinol. Same rules apply, once or twice a week then gradually increase. The difference with retinol, though, is that it causes photosensitivity and should only be used at nighttime, and you should wear spf all day every day. There is also a natural alternative to retinol that is as effective, if not more, called bakuchiol (ba•koo•chee•ul) that is much less irritating and does not cause photosensitivity and therefore can be used during the day.
i use a salicylci acid face wash 2x per week and a moisturizing one the rest. i have amazing skin.
I can confirm this is true. I was using salicylic acid and a retinol most days and my skin became very irritated and started burning when I put anything on it 😳
Thanks for your extremely helpful comment
Yeah salicylic acid causes me to break out in cystic acne.
@@jemmah4723that was me as a teenager thinking I was being so good 😭 I kept switching thinking it was the brand 🤦♀️
My husband had what appeared to be a tiny blackhead above his shoulder blade, so i gently removed it with a tool. It seemed like an endless pore. My eyes went wide with how much kept coming out. His pore was permanently enlarged from what appeared to be a tiny blackhead and i immediately told him afterwards to get it taken care of by a professional. He still hasn't done so, so i routinely check and empty it for him. I really hope he sees a professional one day to get it taken care of
Oh gosh thank you so much for sharing x
We call it “the giant pore”. My hub has one on his upper chest. I love doing that maintenance. 😂
The sak needs to be removed by a dermatologists. I had that in 2 spots on me.
@@tinaapicelli8565blackheads dont have sacs
A veces no son poros son quistes y van en un séquito, si no sacan el saco se vuelven a llenar, recomiendo ir a un medico.
When I was a teenager. (Back in the 70's & 80's). I had them so bad across my cheeks.
My parents would tease me, put me down, blame me for my "ugliness". How many times
I heard how cute my face was, and how pretty I'd be with those green eyes and long blonde hair and pretty little figure. If I didn't have all those zits all over my face.
Imagine being in a group of people, having a conversation about rock music or college. Always someone randomly blurts out "zit advice". Then all heads and eyes turn to you. Eyes studying your face for every imperfection. This actually went on for two decades. To this day (I no longer have acne etc) I still have issues with looking people in the face. Putting my head down. I always wore long bangs and long hair to cover my face as much as possible. I never wore makeup due to some of the most obnoxious comments made. Especially back then when a lot of falsities about acne etc. Were considered facts. Like you must be dirty. You don't wash your face. You did something wrong. Especially being at those teen early twenties years. It's a lot of guilt to carry.
Even my sister would say things when a boy would say I was pretty, built or a natural blonde, etc. She'd say, but she's got a zit face up close. Then I was allergic to Salicylic acid. I tried so many treatments over the years. Unfortunately for me the only thing that worked getting rid of those bastards was menopause.
I'm very sorry you went through that, and still carry the weight of the past. I can tell you are a lovely person, and those years you suffered through built a strong character. I hope life has brought you beautiful things. You deserve it! God bless!❤
Thank You. It didn't click until the end of the paragraph. I miss my flower girls.
I'm probably the same age as you (guy) and had bad acne across my cheeks, in addition to having red hair. I played baseball and the guys gave me a regular ration of s*** but I was an angry young man and people learned not to say anything about it, an option probably not as available to girls. Luckily I was the only one of my siblings that had it that bad. My folks tool me to a dermatologist and this was a military doctor which was hit or miss in those days, but I'll say one thing for them, they have no hesitation to bust out the hard stuff, and they put me on Accutane, which worked but had some hard core side effects, in addition to probably leaving me sterile. My dad only agreed to it bc I planned to go to boot camp after graduation and acne was one of the things that could keep you out. Neither one of my parents had acne as kids and only one other sibling did, though a much milder version. People who don't go through this have no idea how it affects you mentally. Still amazes me how people feel like they can just comment on someone else's looks. One of the guys on my team who was the most vocal about it turned out to be one of those folks who gets acne in their 20s. He got it pretty bad. Saw him in the bank where he worked when I went home on leave. Hahaha.
@@texasred2702Texas girl here I must say howdy to a fellow Texan. I remember the Military Doctors from my childhood well. You are correct in that they are either brilliant or quacks. Where were y’all stationed at? We were in Germany.

obvi serum. Only about 2 or 3% MAX. @@pologirly
I watch that channel sometimes and they are brutal. They make grown men cry sometimes. That's when they play music. I think the cotton tips are the best way to go, especially for not scarring. And keeping the zit stuff on the gloves is nasty and not hygenic. If someone put a glove like that near my mouth, they might end up missing a hand!
Sac dep doesn't play music on her channel. If you see one with music on it then you're watching content taking from her channel. The only time I ever remember her using music was like 4 years ago when she 1st started her channel. And that wasn't very often.
Poking the skin like that with a metal object will cause a lot of scarring for people who are not skillful with an instrument like that
That's me. I'm that person. 😂 Opps
It depends on how the person's skin responds. Some people don't scar as badly as others.

A more affordable and convenient alternative to pore strips: Elmer's School Glue. 1st wash and thoroughly dry the area you plan to apply it. Then put some glue on your finger and spread it as thin as possible, but enough to have full coverage. Then let the glue dry until it is transparent or translucent and peal it off slowly just like you would a regular pore strip. I use the school glue because it's totally non-toxic, plus it's always on sale for 2 for $1 in Walmart around back-to-school time.
Great to see the pores getting fully emptied

I love a good blackhead video but putting them on their gloves is a major ick 🤢😑

The utter complete lack of hygiene in lot of these blackhead removals is astounding!! With the disgusting way in which they put the yukk on the glove, NO put it on piece of gauze away from camera..don’t see them replace pokey tool with clean one, never see them wipe the faces with clean damp cloth or wipes….blood and stuff over the pokey tool and still uses it to squeeze out more!! NO NO NO!! I enjoy watching these but only seen very few that actually look after the patients skin, and the force in which some ladies dig their long nails in their face and leaves big red awful indentations on the face is appalling 😡😡
Ruins those videos
@@marieparrott7944 there shouldnt be a new tool for each black head. That just seems impractical. Moreover, ITS JUST THE POPS. They do all the cleaning and maintenance off camera. Calm down

I am not a child I am 63 yrs old and totally understand about hygiene, and what amounts to common sense too!! I meant to change needles when there was blood on it.. should certainly not use same needle with blood on it to pick at another spot or blackhead. I would of thought that was obvious….
These are looooong blackheads. Full vid link pls🙏🏼
I think it’s a Sac Dep Spa video judging from the sticker on the glove
I have a serious problem with some of the spa treatments. When the Spa uses the "poke and tare" method that rips the blemish open by piercing the edge and then pulling the tool almost horizontal before pulling up and kinda making a rip in the skin. This leaves small scars and it bugs me every time I see it.
It's strange because they don't do this all the time. Sometimes Sac Dep Spa does this and sometimes they don't with no obvious difference between the blemishes. Its like they just feel like doing it that way, no good reason why.
It also bugs me when they go right past large obvious blemishes to poke a hole where there isn't an outward zit. They cut through skin to squeeze sebaceous fluid out. That oil isn't hurting them, it keeps our skin soft.
There is a reason why this kind of extraction isn't allowed in the U.S. Using a blade will cause more damage.
