    Back in the 90s some teenagers did basically what is seen in the second house but stupidly recorded themselves doing it. It was in a brand new unfinished house. They got caught and went to jail and the damages were well over 100k which their parents were forced to pay.

    • @amwright63
      @amwright63 Год назад +4

      Good! I'm glad that they were held accountable. Life is about choices! They could have just as easily made the choice not to do it as well as the choice to do it, and for that, they must and should pay.

I really love kitchen and the breakfast or dining area in the third one. Looking past the senseless and disturbing vandalism, each one looks like a totally amazing and beautiful home at one time. People who vandalize property like what was done in this home, are absolutely soulless. Drugs, Alcohol, etc excuse is not a valid reason for that devastation. That was done by feral human beings that were not set on the right path in life. I'm sure they are watching/have watched this video and felt mighty proud of themselves, and that is very unfortunate because it shows that adult or child, that you were not raised right, have no moral compass and are a disgrace to decent human beings. People want to complain about unhoused people, but for the most part, aside from some being really messy and a bathroom no one wants to touch because the facility was used without running water, the unhoused don't damage where they lay their heads. Vandals have jealousy issues, low self worth and no conscious. Sad, but true!!

    Simply gorgeous, amazing homes!!! Dream homes for sure!!! Sooo very sad that vandals have destroyed these once beautiful, pristine homes😞😢😰 They will never have anything this nice in life as karma will never allow them to have nice things that they have destroyed of others that have worked sooo hard to get!!! All of these wonderful homes, were all different & high end in their own right! I didn’t even own these homes & it broke my heart to see the condition that they were in 😞😰😢 It must have been the water levels that drove these people from their homes!?! It is sad that more of these beautiful items could not be saved before vandalism; French doors, cabinets, sinks & the bedroom set seen in the first house 💔 Thank you Ethan for another adventure 👍 I would love to say that I loved it, as I usually do, however, this video was heart breaking for me to watch due to the vandalism 😞😢😰 But thank you anyway for trekking out into the cold to video these homes👍🙏💕

    Cute first house. It’s a shame the life that took place there just gets destroyed. So many flooded basements. Im just wondering if all that flooding could be prevented. Those three beautiful mansions are falling to ruin before even meeting the bulldozers’ wrath. Sometimes I really dislike people that are so stupid and irresponsible. I don’t really know which of those three I like best. I guess there are features in all three I would pick out. All expensive but tastefully done. Hope at least the former owners were reimbursed more than they expected from the greedy developers whose only interest is more and more money. Thank you Ethan for always being so respectful when touring these homes. But hey what’s with all of the bullets? And was that blood on garage floor? Hope not. Take care and keep safe Ethan.

    Hi Ethan
    Noah Nowhere did that first house and when he was there that ceiling in the hall fell
    and just missed hitting him. It makes me feel sick to see the condition those other 3
    mansions are in. Why do they have to smash every glass shower and rip off the
    doors in the kitchen cabinets? Someone worked their ass off to get the money to
    buy these homes and these vandals have no respect for anything. I was surprised
    the third house did not have a flooded basement. Like you said in a week or two
    it probably will. Those 3 mansions were beautiful once upon a time. If must have
    taken a lot of determination to throw the refrigerator down the basement steps.

    I don't understand the wanton destruction. Why? Why would people do what was done to that beautiful house? They may have thought the house was going to be torn down, but still it's *not* OK.
    I was almost in tears. I'm not a fan of contemporary modern design, but the house is still beautiful. It's terrible that some kids thought destroying this home was the best use of their time. Disgusting.
    Two comments, that red liquid in the garage of the really vandalized home had to have been wine. Blood turns brick red-brown fairly quickly as it oxidizes when exposed to air. Secondly, I don't know a whole lot about cannabis and THC (it's legal where I live) but I Googled it and the average dose for an edible with THC is evidently around 10 mg for a starter. That 50 mg. butter tart was meant for several people or one person who got *very* wasted. Thing is cannabis doesn't usually make people violent (but alcohol often does.) I saw mouse droppings in that butter tart box. I hope the mouse was OK. (I could imagine the poor little thing wandering around the house hoping someone would put some Grateful Dead on the sound system.)
    Thank you for showing us, Ethan. You're always respectful of the places you explore. I would love it if everyone was close to as kind and respectful of property as you are. Keep up the good work.
