I have MULTIPLE lucid dreams (Mainly when im hungover) I'll fall asleep at 3AM, and wake up at 3:30AM feeling like I lived a whole story. But I wake up sweating. I know I'm in a dream and I have the ability to control it. If I compromise it, then the dream goes out of my hands, and have to make myself wake up. Kind of like a game. Pause button, Exit game. I actually used to lucid dream all the time. I thought that knowing you are dreaming was a normal thing that everyone can do lol. That is why I still remember many of my old dreams.

Ive had a few and they all had my brother who passed away in 2018 and there's absolutely no confusing a lucid dream with a regular, typical dream. It's like your conscience is in them and you know what's happening and you have control over everything happening vs a dream where you're a pine tree and about to be cut up and made into a coffee table or something crazy. My brother walked me through some of the most amazing scenes in the blink of an eye, like on second we were walking along a beach with waves crashing and the next a snow filled mountaintop, the next a field full of flowers, and you completely take every second in! The last one I had tho, he told me he couldn't come see me anymore because it was too draining on us both because i was so emotional when it came to saying goodbye 😢. Lol i tried being cool like i could handle it but he tested me and i failed miserably 🙄🥺 He told me how time here and there are way different like 10yrs here is equivalent to one minute there and he'd see me soon.
I just realized that whenever I have a normal dream, it's always in third person. But the few times I've lucid dreamt, they were all in first person. Anyone else?
For some reason i tell myself whether or not i want to be doing whatever it is im doing, i can put myself in auto mode and do whatever in 3rd person but when i want to do something i go into first person yet i dont figure out its a dream crazy
my most usual lucid dream back in the day was.. i woke up, brushed my teeth, got ready for school and then i convince myself yeah it's all good... i won't be late this time till mom shouts and wakes me up and my first thought used to be "gosh that was a DREAM!? No way! i already went through it all... UGHHHH"
Lucid dreaming is one of the most interesting and intricate experiences that life has to offer. If you are ever lucky to lucid dream, try to hold on to that moment as long as possible. There is also the potential to find many answers to the mysteries of the universe, if you choose, ofcourse.
My lucid dreams are more unstable. I can do anything I want but sometimes when I realise this is A dream, or if I am trying to change something too much everything starts to collapse and I am going into another dream that is not lucid:(
there’s a technique for that you should try spinning in a circle and rubbing ur hands together that will help u get a hold of ur dream more and make u more focused
Imagine being like “imma scare the shit out of myself by waking myself in this room up” and then you proceed to get the shit scared out of you by yourself
because you’re still in control of your body, if you try too hard to do something your brain is going to be stuck sending those signals to open your eyes which will immediately wake you up since the eyes is connected straight to the brain and is your visual information
life is a lucid dream, when your life ends you wake up from it, but you can wake up from it like the buddha thats why they called him the awakened one.
It’s happening a lot to me recently. It’s so crazy that my dreams make up a whole household with full furniture and everything, I can even remember the colors and the kind of flowers I saw in mine yesterday. Sometimes I’m put in a place made to be scary but thankfully I haven’t seen anything yet.
Mine are more abstract and only once I notice something is off will I realize I'm dreaming. My latest one I was flying inside triangles that were flashing in a rainbow pattern in the clouds. I was flying for a little bit then realized.. I'm dreaming. I never seem to have full control of the dreams. I can only kind of "suggest" the dream change in a certain way. If I try to change the dream with too much effort I will wake up. I can feel when I'm pushing the dream too hard though and can stop if I want and let the dream go wherever it wants to go. They're always really abstract like an extreme acid trip or something. I've had what some would call a nightmare but I seem to be able to be logical enough to know hey.. I'm dreaming none of this actually matters.. lets just see where this goes. *shrug*
IM SO LATE. I wish I could talk to you about your dreams. I call mine a “dream world” and it ends up being in the same house every single time, different scenarios. When I’m awake, and driving or something, I’ll see a specific neighborhood/place and it feels weirdly familiar. As if I was there in a dream.
You should do a video on the people in lucid dreams. Like for example like who you should talk to. Who you shouldn’t talk to. If you can talk to relatives that passed away What not to talk about. What not to do with them. I want to lucid dream but I wanna like meet a celebrity and idk much about people in lucid dreams and I 100% trust your videos! I’ve never lucid dreamt. But my friends have through your videos and I’m ready I just need to know :))
I've discovered that in a dream: solids are solids as long as you believe they are. You can use them to "reset" the dream and even teleport. Many times I've just got my face close to a wall or the floor in the dream and suddenly i start to "sink" into them, and after that the dream respawns, it becomes a new dream, new world, but you keep your lucid state. I've done this as much as 12 times in a row in a single dream, just because i didn't liked the place where i spawned.
I have a mental disorder called maladaptive daydreaming disorder. It allows me to daydream at any time and place in a certain way. It's like dissociation, but kind of on purpose. You separate from your body into your daydream as if it were actually real life, while still doing tasks in the regular world. Though awesome and I can do whatever I want, it gets really tough when I need to pay attention in class or when something important needs to be done. Due to this, I also can lucid dream whenever I'm asleep. I'm ALWAYS aware when I'm asleep, and when my mind creates dreams, I always know when I'm dreaming, and I can always do whatever I want in my dreams. Everyone is different, so I don't completely relate to what this video talks about, but it's very true. I don't usually hold my hand out and do things like superpowers. If I want it to be, it just is. If I want to go somewhere else, I'll be there in an instant. Also, looking in mirrors, being in my room, telling people I'm asleep and they're part of my dream, and looking up at the sky doesn't effect the dream one bit unless I want it to. Again, everyone's different so some people will have trouble staying asleep. Another thing is that when I'm asleep dreaming, it's never usually in first person. I'm more like an omniscient existence in the dream, and my dream usually follows someone else. I'm like the camera man, or an invisible audience and the person that's focused on is usually a random person made up in my mind. I'm usually floating nearby or looking at the person and observing everything that's happening. When I feel like I don't like something, I change it. If it turns into a nightmare, I usually change it (sometimes I leave it because I'm bored). My brain does the rest. Other than that, this is an accurate way of describing a lucid dream, it's just that everyone has a different experience with it! Great video! 👍
This is so cool!! Thanks for sharing. I relate about your lucid dream experience, that's similar to how it happens for me but I just don't lucid dream as often as I'd want to.
I wish I had this kind of control with lucid dreams. While I can control them to a point, my brain always seems to hit a road block on the finer details.
Can you daydream? Its the same while you sleep. And its more boring as Interresting. Dont believe the sensations.... You know that you are dreaming and so it feels like daydreaming. In normal dreams you doesent realize it and it become more real. I wish i can stop the control to have random surprices while i dream. 😂
Props to the camera man for going inside his brain and filming. Edit: how did this get top comment tbh thx Edit: bro 8.7 thousand likes how thx so much❤❤❤ Edit: 8.9 k likes not sure how that happened
Lucid dreams really can feel just as physically realistic as waking life. I have had several lucid dreams like that, where I have been like "wtf how can this be a dream?", and I have had to look for a lot of proof that I am dreaming before I can trust that I am actually dreaming.

the first time I ever had sleep paralysis was a couple days ago, self-induced. I named my hallucination Greg. he was a distorted short blue man with yellow eyes. when I saw him, I was terrified, but in hindsight, it's kinda funny
@@sylverxbnha8142 if you kidnapped someone and they started laughing you wouldn’t be very happy especially if you were trying to scare/kill them. No offence. That could lead to shooting them but y’know depends on temper
While I'm not sure if it is considered lucid, I once had a dream that I was walking down a road that went downhill. But as I was walking down, out of nowhere, I leapt high in the air-probably about 40 or so feet-and felt the descent as if I were really falling. I didn't scream, but I was definitely unsettled.
Me in a lucid dream: Alright, you got this, Just dont think about scary stuff and youll be fine *Everything thats ever haunted me: Allow me to introduce myself*
my dreams: oh looks like everybody is getting out of the school, i will just wait my bus...hmm weird everybody is gone, the school lights are off and where my bus?? oh gud im alone in school.
Tip: if you start thinking about it scary stuff or unsettling things, think about the monster being killed by police or something, it being carried away, and if it comes back again, think of the same thing
the realization at the beginning was really good. my two experiences were different though, from yours and from each other. In the first one, it was terrifying. I was in this small white brick room with a long table in the center with people seated all around. I realized I was dreaming and asked the people at what looked like a meeting of some sort what was happening ,and they all silently turned away from me and left me alone begging to know what was happening and why I was awake in a dream and what I was to them. they wouldn't say a thing, it was extremely scary. I flew in the next one but only around a house I couldn't leave lol so no portals no choosing where I went or who was there or how they acted or anything.
I once had a lucid dream. I was so tired that day so I was half awake while dreaming. In that dream I set up from my bed and saw behind me my body was sleeping there so I got up and headed out of my house and I saw no one.. not even a single soul it was just me and all doors of house were open. When I went out it was still night and fully dark. When I approached the corner of the street, I saw snowy mountains I looked away and saw a ginger cat on the opposite side of street. Then I looked back again and now it was grassy land like windows xp wallpaper. Rhe scenes were beautiful but the feeling of being alone made me panic so I ran home and saw my body was still asleep. I laid down on my body and now I was awake. Felt like my soul left my body haha
Yes, I absolutely believed the same too because its impossible, can't nobody be able to at all film what goes on inside their mind, and especially their dreams while they're sleeping, like for real.
This is nothing like my lucid dreaming. I lucid dream almost every single night because of how two of my medications interact with each other (Hydroxazine and oxycarzapine) which are two anxiety / sleep medications. They kinda force me to somehow be more conscious, like im really really there in the moment) although only half the time i can recall my real world memories. When i can remember real world stuff, i can pretty much control anything really. Except look at my phone most of the time. When i try to use my phone the screen just flickers when i press the power button. And majority of the time i cant read the text on a few thing's. It looks how AI text looks in videos, but i love lucid dreaming, its almost hallucinating how crazy the lucid state feels. Love it
I tried to lucid dream a few nights ago. Well, I guess it worked, but I didn't understand how I was gonna control the world I ended up spending that night getting chased by a giant banana.
For me it's usually an instant realization that I'm dreaming and I don't go around doing whatever I want, I just admire the dream world its pretty cool. Wish I could do it on command though
I’ve never had a dream anything close to this vivid. I’ve had very vivid in depth conversations where I actually contemplated/calculated the scenario. But I rarely have or remember dreams at all. Maybe 1 dream every 3 months.

I love how lucid dreams just feel slightly off... No matter how vivid, conscience and real it feels, theres just something not right.
Why would you love that?
@@Lucid_Dreamer00 because the real world is sometimes so boring and repetative. A dream is unpredictable and that "slightly off" feeling makes me think and ponder.
Yes
@@日本語-w3s ah I see, usually when I think of something being “slightly off” I guess I took it as a bad thing. But totally makes sense, my dad just passed away a few months ago. And I’ve had some dreams of him a few times recently, so those make me happy. I have always been curious about dreams.
bro onetime i saw one where i was in the table and a nearby doll became a REAL baby and then a doll wtf is going on in my mind?
I have MULTIPLE lucid dreams (Mainly when im hungover) I'll fall asleep at 3AM, and wake up at 3:30AM feeling like I lived a whole story. But I wake up sweating. I know I'm in a dream and I have the ability to control it. If I compromise it, then the dream goes out of my hands, and have to make myself wake up. Kind of like a game. Pause button, Exit game. IDK if anyone else has this experience, but sometimes it can be too much for me. I'm now starting to understand it. My lucid dreams consist of beaches, family members, and close friends. Mainly starting from my room. Be careful. I woke up with MAD anxiety wondering if I'm still dreaming. (this is one of the reasons why I want to sober up and live life in every REAL moment)
You better now after 10 months,?

Don't worry you're not alone even I feel like I'm still dreaming at time

@@dorothytham8881 there are definitely stages. My advice to anyone wanting to have more creative ability in their dreams is to join forums do research read books etc about lucid dreaming.

You can use them to "reset" the dream and even teleport.
Many times I've just got my face close to a wall or the floor in the dream and suddenly i start to "sink" into them, and after that the dream respawns, it becomes a new dream, new world, but you keep your lucid state.

Idk if i have this but whenever i relax and im on my bed my brain creates conversations and stories and it feels like im dreaming but my eyes are open

I’ve never had a dream anything close to this vivid. I’ve had very vivid in depth conversations where I actually contemplated/calculated the scenario. But I rarely have or remember dreams at all. Maybe 1 dream every 3 months.
