    Absolutely the video which I will return to. You are a very, very good teacher. Thank you! This comment comes from a retired teacher. As a beginner to knitting, this is so helpful to me. Clear and concise. No unnecessary dialogue. Spot on! Thanks.

    Thank you so much for this great tutorial. I really appreciate all the effort you put into it to help your viewers. ❤ Do you have a tutorial on how to join a double rib. (knit2, purl2) please.

      Thanks for your kind comment! I'm glad this video was helpful. I don't have a video for k2p2 ribbing specifically, but you should follow your "bars" or "bumps" on either side and take a 1:1 ratio. I hope that helps!

    Does it matter which side you pick up two bars on? I am struggling to visually tell where I start and which side I pick up on

    • @ShainaBilow
      @ShainaBilow  Месяц назад

      If the finishing yarn is attached to side on top, begin on the bottom and vice versa. If you're still unsure, my best advice is: JUST START! You can always close up holes etc. after the seam is complete. What's most important is that you get it going.

      Also, in case I misunderstood your question... the "Bars" are the rows and the "V's" are the stitches. You'll pick up V's on the bound off edge (sleeve) and the bars on the side of the work (body/armhole)
