Have knitted for 47 years, in more recent years baby blankets and baby hats, didn’t really like finished seam on hats so this video showing an invisible seam is excellent, thank you so much for sharing, will certainly give this a go. You show beginning of process and ending on sample. I've seen tons that start in middle of project and they don't end it leaving newbies to mattress stitch in the dark. The video is nice and clear to see what you are doing. Just wonderful!

Can you explain how your edge stitches are so neat? Mine don't look like that and I usually slip the first stitch of each row purlwise. Can you PLEASE help me out. Thank you so much. I truly wish I could have both edges look as neat as yours, and then sewing would be so much easier.
