@Amanda Thomas However, I understand that South Park is a popular animated television show known for its satirical and irreverent humor. The scene you're referring to, where Cartman dips McDonald's fries into a hot tub filled with KFC gravy, is a memorable moment from the show that has become a pop culture reference. 👌🏻
I been hearing about the ice cream machine situation for years now. You'd think someone would've invented a new machine that takes minimal cleaning and always works. They've streamlined everything else... Great video y'all!!
That’s the issue no One Wants To Take The Time To Clean It, There Still Going To Have To Take The Time To Clean It! Even If They Had There Was A Machine With Minimal Cleaning, The Thing Is They Are Going To Have To Take The Time To Clean It Regardless!
@Clint Countryman there are a few reasons why it may not be as simple as inventing a new machine. One reason is that McDonald's uses a specific type of ice cream machine, which is designed to make soft-serve ice cream using a mix that is exclusive to McDonald's. This means that any new machine would need to be able to handle this unique mix, which could be a challenging task for manufacturers. 👌🏻
@L In general, this period can be a good time to purchase burgers as the kitchen staff is usually preparing for the lunch menu and getting the equipment ready. During this time, the staff may be more likely to cook fresh burgers and other menu items, ensuring that the food is hot and freshly made. 😉
I worked at McD's when I was 16 and the worst we did was leave food in the warmer for like 2+ hours. We always ensured the soda and the ice cream machines were clean because WE ATE & DRANK the food/beverage too!! ***TIP: To ensure you get fresh (or fresher than under lamps) burger or chicken sandwich order it w/o a condiment (like ketchup, mayo) and then ask for a packet of that condiment at the window.
At every McDonald's I've been to in GA and FL, I saw the staff use tongs to assemble my sausage biscuits. They hand wrap the biscuit without touching the biscuit
@Blue Blouse Designs👚 It's great to hear that the McDonald's restaurants you visited took precautions to ensure food safety by using tongs to assemble your sausage biscuits and hand wrapping the biscuit without touching it. This is a standard practice in many fast-food chains and is done to maintain hygiene and prevent contamination. 😄
I do think alot of this is location specific... When I worked at McDonald's the coffee machines were cleaned twice a day, and the iced coffee machine every day (also had autocleaning between uses) -- also the ice-cream machine had a treatment everyday and at least once a week the milkshake/ice-cream mix was emptied and discarded, and the machine fully disassemble and cleaned - most staff don't know how to do this so usually a manager and a crew trainer, if this doesn't get performed the machine won't let you use the machine until done
@@BigJeremyBeyer I think this video was for some sketchy franchises - many take policies strict, my store didn't even allow facial stubble and would give you the cheapest razor 🪒 to shave it off, and alarms for hand washing
@Richard Mewes Yes, you are correct that cleaning schedules and procedures can vary depending on the specific location and company policies. Different businesses may have different requirements for how often their equipment and facilities need to be cleaned and sanitized. 😉
Bandages are notorious for being unreliable on fingers, even when you use scissors to partially cut a line on the bandage and wrap it in an X form. They still slip off.
@Based McDonald's has been a significant player in the fast-food industry for many years and has a significant impact on popular culture and the economy. 😄
As a former McManager, I can tell you that the people "reporting" these things would be fired from my store. The majority of this is either lies or just lazy employees.
@Jeremy Beyer Thank you for sharing your perspective as a former McManager. It's important to consider all viewpoints and experiences when discussing a topic like this. While it's true that not all reports about McDonald's or fast food in general may be accurate or truthful, it's important to acknowledge that there can be challenges with managing a fast-food restaurant. 👌🏻
@@BabbleTop you might find it interesting to know the biggest problem that shuts down the ice cream machine is actually a software issue. They are supposed to go into their sanitize cycle automatically every night at 11pm, but often it just does it on its own whenever it feels like it. And once it has bee started, it cannot be aborted. If you unplug it for a while and plug it back in, it still does it. I have had many times where I made a cone or shake, handed it to a customer, turned around to make another, and couldn't. It really does happen that fast, and it is quite frustrating to the employees as well.
I just wanna say this unimportant point....HAM AND EGG is NOT such a good "upgrade" and feels like a "downgrade" for sausage and cheese breakfast sandwiches. Why does McDonald's sell it as such is beyond me?
With regards to McDonald's ice cream machine, how is it that Dairy Queen and Baskin Robin's never have these kind of issues? Honestly, if McDonald's is always having problems with their machines, they ought to just discontinue the line altogether.
@suralos It's true that the issues with McDonald's ice cream machines have been a recurring problem for many years, which has led to frustration among customers and employees alike. While it's difficult to say why Dairy Queen and Baskin-Robbins have not had the same level of issues with their ice cream machines, it's possible that their machines are designed differently or that their employees receive more thorough training on maintaining and operating the machines. 😉
Yummy, I love McDonalds food. I haven't had their ice cream yet though except McFlurries. I also haven't had their milkshakes yet. I miss the play areas though as those were my favorite part of eating at McDonalds. I got lost in the tunnels once in the 90's on a Easter weekend, not fun, but, I still enjoyed playing in the playgrounds.
@YTRulesFromNM It's true that gloves can cause the hands to sweat, which can be uncomfortable and potentially lead to contamination of food. However, wearing gloves is still considered an important practice in many food service establishments, including fast-food restaurants like McDonald's. Gloves can help prevent the spread of bacteria and other contaminants. 😊
@Sam Cortez Sweatbands can be helpful in preventing sweat from dripping into food during the cooking process, but it's important to note that there are other factors that can contribute to the taste of burgers and the level of saltiness. 😊
@Kaitlyn Howard If you have chosen to stop eating at McDonald's, there are many other options available that can provide tasty and nutritious meals. You may consider exploring local restaurants that offer healthier menu items or preparing meals at home using fresh ingredients. 😉
@Jim Della Vecchia Hangovers are caused by a combination of factors, including dehydration, alcohol metabolism, and inflammation, and can vary widely in severity and duration. It's important to prioritize your health and well-being and to make informed choices about what you eat and drink. 😌
Craziest foreign object ever in my McDonalds food was a quarter sized plastic sprocket or cog embedded into a McChicken sandwich patty several years ago!! The employee refused to replace my sandwich or refund me she said I had planted it in my own food!! Politely requested the store manager and had her inspect it. She saw it was actually a part of that chicken patty and there was no way an employee or customer could have put it there as the breading of the patty was covering up part of that plastic sprocket So she apologized to me and told me I could have a refund or replacement so I opted for a McDouble
@DillonDaBoss It's understandable to feel concerned about the impact of McDonald's on the environment. The company has been criticized in the past for contributing to deforestation through their sourcing of beef, soy, and palm oil, which are commonly used in their products. 😔
@RajaReign78 That's a good strategy if you prefer to have freshly made food! Plain cheeseburgers are typically made to order, so they are usually served hot and fresh. Additionally, ordering without condiments means that your burger won't be sitting out with condiments that can spoil or make the bun soggy. 👌🏻
@Christopher Puylara In general, the Big Mac is made with two beef patties, special sauce, lettuce, cheese, pickles, and onions on a sesame seed bun. If you're trying to create your own version of the Big Mac, you may want to consider adding additional toppings or condiments to customize your burger to your taste preferences. Just be aware that certain ingredients may cost extra or may not be available at all locations. Keep watching bro!👌🏻

@Christopher Puylara Yes, handling hot oil and cooking equipment can be dangerous and requires proper training and safety precautions.
