Thank you so much. It looks like a great recipe and I am starting up a home bakery business primarily for biscotti. My comment is though you give the measurements for the ingredients recognizable to Americans, you say 180C (centigrade) for the oven and milliliters for the size of cut for the biscotti; its confusing to us as we don't recognized those units of measurements. It means we have to do some research and, of course, that's not impossible, but it is tedious and time consuming and I suspect many people won't bother. Joan, Allen, Texas.
