I love how there's no troll comments on this video. You go to the comments section on say TGG and it's pretty much 90% troll - comments such as Rockstar are just out to screw players, they're doing this to force people to buy shark cards, completely ignoring the fact they added invite only selling to the game. Here, people keep their comments about the changes to the heist. I have a feeling they may patch the 2nd character Cayo to be included in the cool down. You can't start a second Casino heist on the 2nd character after completing one on the main.
An hour for Cayo 1 switch to second character another hour. Do diamond casino heist which takes me an hour and a half by the time you finish it the first Cayo should be ready again this keeps a constant flow of income and is better then doing business stuff even now after the update

If they were going to do a cool down what they should have done is made it to where you could still get hard mode activated after doing the heist. Cuz now with the cooldown it's nearly impossible for anybody who's solo runs coyote to get a hard mode for their highest simply do the fact that you have to wait so long and if you wait past an hour you can't do the hard mode. And if I recall the hard mode you pay more for the highest to start it up. Say what you owe with it being an OP money making method it was a nice gift to the community that had to deal with Shark cards being pushed in our face for so long and having to grind a lot harder stuff for less money. Plus with Kyle you didn't have to worry about dealing with stupid players who just want to waste your time and time is money in GTA especially if you own a lot of businesses and they take chunks out of your money every so many minutes. And I'm not one of those kids that's poor and can't afford anything cuz I have millions in my account, I just think it's done that you're going to force people not to be able to enjoy something solo if they want to buy it new car or something that's going to cost millions of dollars instead of having to wait three to four hours to even get a chance to do something that you paid a lot of money to do. Pretty sure the submarine wasn't free, as well as the cost of the setup for the heist.

Both players will lose the setups. Doesn’t matter whose the host. You can do it up 2 times per a day but nobody knows the cool down for the glitch B2b. Someone needs to do some testing and to find way to continue Cayo B2b income. The businesses makes good money but are you willing spending hours just to make 500k.

I close the game right when I'm handed the envelope and when I get back in a session Pavel says I can go scope out the island and start a new heist. This never happened until the new update, I'm guessing it might be bugged.

Yes it works the same, on Xbox close out of the game when the green heist completed screen shows. That’s about the only change.

The first time you do the heist the animation is different. Every time after that you will have the normal animation that everyone gets

Just do act 2. You now get 1.5 mill instead of just 1 and it’s just as easy as cayo but it takes a couple minutes longer
