My brother in law has been extremely jealous of me for years and I’ve noticed how it’s had a mental strain on me and even some trauma because whenever he comes around I’m left feeling confused and belittled.
I lost close friends when I shared i was starting college especially those close to me. And when the graduating time came i only saw them once a year . To this day thet person still ask me what class are you taking but they know that I already graduated but don't want to grasp in their head that I already graduated S.
Thank you for the reminder of what I always knew...it's so true and now I'm done with all of them. I'd rather walk alone than have jealousy next to me,then they would try to kill me for me being naive
When something good happened to me, my mom always said, "well, don't let it go to your head." It took me years away from her to realize she was my enemy and a horrible narcissist.

Im learning to forgive those who have manifested or exhibited jealousy. This charactertic is revealing whats is in the heart. I have come to realizes that jealousy has a root in ones life that has not been confronted. Im learning to pray and ask YaH to teach me how to forgive, but move forward accordingly to YAH plan for my life and knowing not everyone deserves to be or to be in my life.

Jesus is Lord. I dont celebrate the success of anyones accomplishment when I feel its been at the expense of others which is what some narcissists do. These types will ride roughshod over anyone to get one over on others.

When you break away don't let them suck you back in, just break off, do you, never talk to them again.
I stopped talking to my co worker who was constantly putting me down. She's so angry that I'm ignoring her!
