To continue forgiving those with consistent manipulative, domineering and highly controlling behavior is quite challenging but am trying and in the past, it provoke thoughts and emotions of vengence, revenge, grudges, word curses spoken over them, having the wrath come down on my anger and made me very aggressive also physically including snapping. These people are quite deceptive and charming to outsiders whom they draw in with compliments and acts of generosity whom, they also use to collect info about me to use against me and this includes the law enforcers. These people want have tried still trying to be ruler and master over my life and have labelled me unwell, unhappy, depression, psychotic and insane and crazy and irresponsible and self- indulger. If I only received verbal communication issues from these people, it wouldn't be as bad. These same people expect co operation and obedience and they use punishment reward tools on me in order to get their way, they also plant seeds of confusion in my mind and have also influenced me to think ill of others and to fully depend on them for basic necessities and validation and affection and love and this attracted to me depression, anxiety, suicidal thoughts and also sleep problems and physical health challenges which improved alot when I was away from them. These people do not believe in hell, demons or the devil and they call these beliefs delusion, symptoms extreme mental illness, hallucinations, false unusual beliefs and psychosis symptoms and the system they enforced on me practice buddism and hinduism as a form of therapy for their mental health patients and mental health clients such as me. I told some crisis centre mental health staff who got pushed on me through a priest friend of my family member and by also a family member, told them privately that all ill things have been spoken of me by the family member who pushed these services on me and I said that I faced all types of abuse by this family member and they took note of that. However, they desired to speak with this family member about me on how they perceive I am doing in the house with them, as if me telling them how abusive this family member is, got ignored and they don't believe me. This causes me to get furious with the mental health services who say they are looking out for my best interest and must speak to family and then I experience grudges and bitterness towards everyone whom my family member deceived and these feeling thoughts of bitterness and anger increase towards this family member as they continue to sabotage me so looks like I will struggle with unforgiveness until I die. I have a long list of people I have held bitterness and grudges and hatred and unforgiveness towards because of their ties to this family member because of feeling betrayed by them and the more people whom this family member meets the more people this family member fools and charms and uses as weapons against me. I wish I could be more like Paul and Joseph of the bible. Thanks very much for your attention. God bless you!

I was lonely, doubting my worth, and looking to heal through writing my memoir. Looking back, I can see the red flags were there, but I wasn’t certain at the time.
