Good quality brushes! Although they don't have to be expensive, I buy mine for like 2-3 bucks each.

Quality over quantity, purchase only a few high quality brushes instead of a larger set of lower quality brushes
Beautiful use of color, I like how the touches of blue on her skin and hair also draw attention to her lovely eyes. A gorgeous painting that reminds me of spring and makes me look forward to the time when sudden splashes of color start popping up as the wild flowers bloom.
