INGREDIENTS
-390ml ube flavored condensed milk
-1 cup to 1 and 1/2cup purple sweet potato
-3/4 cup warm water/slightly warm
-1/4cup white sugar
-2 and 1/2cu glutinous rice flour
-sesame seeds
-oil for frying

Tanong ko lang may natira pa kase na hnd na prito. Pwede kaya bukas ko na lng i prito? Ilagay po ba sa ref
wow.. maraming salamat po.. di ko pa lang po natry na magtira ng glutinous rice flour dough.. pero try nyo po bago nyo po iprito, dapat room temp. na ulet sya.. at pahiran nyo po siguro ng tubig para magka moisture ulet.. 😉😊

Sakto kuya fern naghahanap ako ng buchi recipe hihi. Paano yung mga nahulog na sesame seeds? Kelangan bang alisin muna bago lutuin next batch?
pwede po alisin.. pwede dn po kahit wag na muna.. since consistent naman na 150deg. celsius ung flame, di naman po basta basta matutusta ung sesame seeds na naiiwan sa pan..😉😊

you really have to use glutinous rice flour.. not just flour.. 😉😊
