Matt Michael Abundance is a big energy right now! Love & abundance are tied to the heart. Self love is key. If we feel unworthy of them, we are essentially blocking them. We also have to make sure we are open to receive & we don’t have a preconceived notion of how and when they will arrive. Keep healing & opening your heart!

So this is the first time I’ve ever listened to light language and in the start it really got me feeling scared - like something bad was gonna happen. I pushed myself to listen to to till the end and towards the end I felt anger and after the video got over I feel my throat chakra waaay lighter and open. So thank you for this! And is it normal to feel what I felt in the start?

Yes, it is very normal to feel many different emotions as you’re healing/letting go of what is no longer serving your highest & greatest good! Sometimes people have to listen a few times to let go of all the lower vibrational emotions. My guides work in layers, letting go/healing/activating what is needed for that moment. Caroline I our Higher Selves sometimes put us to sleep to help us handle the energy/transmission. I don’t remember who recently reminded me of that, but I’ve been hearing it a lot lately! It sounds Portuguese, I felt more concerned for you than feeling scared and questioning myself unlike other folks below the comment thread. Did you really feel “stuck” in the throat chakra and was it necessary for you to record this light language while you were sounding choked up? I’m not criticizing, just genuinely curious. And I did feel something around my upper sacral and a headache . It sounded like something that was for your own personal experience and not for us.
