I am over the moon 🌙 with this talk of Michael I only came across it this week actually 4days ago and it is changing my life so much. Instead of being pulled into my friends misery I’m present to what’s going on and choose to keep in good form I am over 80 and only starting to feel joy and fun and getting the concept of observing. It’s just amazing it’s 4am in the morning and I’m listening to this talk I introduce anyone who is willing to listen just to listen to you speak and teach. I used to be constantly seeing and searching for things to make me happy and now I am just laughing at myself for all the struggles I’ve had in my life I haven’t got to the joy yet but I’m getting a glimpse. Thank you thank you thank you for sharing this free as I am still afraid of the internet because of the things people tell me about it I Sam se grateful for you tube and the good people who provide it for us who are in the fear mess

I have also been recently enlightened to LOVE!!!! I just had a real download myself that if we could start teaching this to young children in preschool we could have a generation of people who knew themselves!!! Imagine the possibility of having a whole generation of people growing up with this knowledge! OMG the world would change!!!!!!!
My biggest takeaway was to start cleaning out the inside of me and work towards feeling love 💕 inside. In the next week I will focus on making the most of each moment in front of me.

I was so excited to exist! Always amazed. Always giving thanks with gratitude. Flowing moment into moment. I had my dream job, and enjoy all my hobbies and activities. Then,... I listened to ol' timers at work that were retiring, they convinced me that it was a good thing, and we deserved/earned it. It was the Biggest mistake.! ..... I feel into depression. I stressed to get back, but couldn't. I lost interest in everything. I have only regret . I also have anxiety and insomnia now. I'm now suffering day and night. Depression is a mind destroyer.

No disrespect Michael Singer is brilliant talking about the inner voice talking in side our mind. He mentions that we only need to Relax and let go. The only problem is when you are caught up in Emotions you cannot remember to Relax and let go. Please clarify in detail how to practice your method 24/7 Thank you.

What I get from Michael Singer is, whatever is missing or broken in my life, is actually within me. He helps me realize that what I think I want or need is often deeper than the superficial.

For me, Michael Singer's biggest take-away in his talks and books is : To quiet my monkeymind, is to SURRENDER to "What Is" in every moment of my life without resisting it and to TRUST, that the Universe (or God), by doing so, will lead me towards living a fulfilled life beyond my own( limited) imagination. Read his book: The Surrender Experiment.😊
Every person's experience and life situation does not pass. To say, just let It go; it'll pass. I promise you." It's a bit insensitive... Racism, other discrimination,. poverty, becoming handicapped, getting cancer or some other terminal disease, or being born with illness does not just pass (sometimes not until death).
I don’t agree with him. It’s not fulfillment and satisfaction faction we desire. I think what we really all crave is experience. Whether it be good or bad we want to experience life. However, the way things are now many of us repeatedly do the same things day in and day out and just being satisfied and fuffiled doing the same thing is not why we were put on this world. We were put here to experience.
