I agreed with all that's been said until it mentioned there's never a need to change or manipulate the outside world, or "fight". Unfortunately this is where your spirituality is incomplete. I'm in that place right now where I had all these beautiful experiences as I opened up and I began to over share them with everyone around me which eventually made me want to be right and approved of, and that lack there of caused me to doubt the initial experience. Now it feels like being turned inside out where the focus is on being understood rather than enjoying the journey I was on. It's especially hard when change happens because it feels like I need to protect myself.
Michael Singer makes normally difficult processes easy to understand. 25:17 - He often talks about how we try to manipulate our outside environment to make our insides feel better, This is a different and about the way we try to manipulate our inside and although it gets us closer to where we need to be, we eventually want to eliminate this as well.
I related really well to Michael Singers podcast. He especially helped keep me out of my head and not listen to my brain when it tells me to react in ineffective ways and keeps me contained in toxic, defeating thoughts.
I totally get it. I went to the park and felt overwhelming bad feelings... it was all within... I knew it was just the reactive muck within me stirring up...I didn't fight it...I just let it come and go. Sooo painful but wow! Your ego is forever trying to bring YOUR past to the present moment (not THE past but your past...your experiences etc.) He is soo right- we each have our own unique scars and mentalities and we always assume someone will read our mind and understand us when really we need to understand ourselves. Indeed, most people never understand themselves yet expect someone else to understand them 🤣 Go within!
I am happy to hear that the uncomfort means improvement. Today, after the work - which was fine, I was happy about my accomplishments and kind words I had said to some people - I sat in the bus, thought about my life and myself and felt bad. I see all kind of vehaviours in myself that are mostly destructive. I felt to cry. I thought: Ok, it is gonna be like this the rest of my life, seeing all my faults every time, seemingly not getting rid of them. Especially, when I think about my past actions, I cannot understand myself. Or- yes, I can, but being reactive has not been helpful at all! My life would look happier if I had just let it all go! I still hang on them. Now I oractise to let go and I notice, that I can hold „letting go“ for few seconds, then the mess in my mind starts again. It IS terrible. Then I came home, this video came to me and Michael says that it is how it should be: you should be conscious and feel uncomfortable at the moment when you feel what is happening. So, I celebrate every moment that I can let go before reacting. There have been some of those tranquil moments and indeed, they made the bad momentum fall, dissappear.
I haven’t watched this video yet, but I just wanted to say that since watching your last video(which was, basically, about relaxation), my days have been much smoother. It was exactly what I needed to hear. Thank you!
I have been taught that if the reaction is fear then it’s not intuition. He stated that but it’s not easy to know your true thoughts if you’re in a narcissistic relationship or any mental health or stressful state. Don’t beat yourself up if you can’t tell. Noticing it and asking is worth celebration and then the next time you try to hug your inner self for that. And keep trying.

I completely get what is being said here, and I, myself have watched myself go through those phases - not lashing out, working through it within myself, and not trying to assuage myself with a story. However, there are moments in time when someone does something or says something where, if it is not addressed, it is a huge disservice to decency and humanity. I have a huge question! Hoping someone on here can answer this. When he gets to the end of his talk, he talks about dropping into the heart and feeling the fear and insecurity and pain that is there, rather than using the mind to try to be OK with things about life that evoke reactionary energy. But what do you do in the moment when these reactionary energies come up and you’re around someone else? For example, if my partner says or does something That pokes at the pain in my heart and therefore causes reactionary energies, even if I’m able to stop myself from reacting, I can’t exactly drop into my heart and feel my feelings right then in that moment. So then I just shut down, and I’m not as open, because what I’m meeting is alone time to drop into the heart and feel an ultimately release the pain that is there, rather than staying in my mind and trying to be OK with it thinking the right thing. Does this make sense? I guess my question is, how do I respond when a reactionary energy comes up and I’m around another person, like in the car with them or on a trip. Do I step outside and drop into my heart and cry? I just don’t know if I can do that realistically! 😂

You’re not suppressing anything because you’re in the present moment with self. When you’re present you accepting the feelings that’s surfaces WITHOUT being reactive. When you’re reactive due to circumstances, you’re allowing the circumstances to control YOU.
I love Michael singer’s books , and I agree with most of his content . however this video made me feel like if we don’t do anything about anything we potentially become a door mat. A codependent “victim “ As an adult I had to learn to speak up my mind and express myself , and that has helped my life to improve Perhaps this message has a part missing and is only one aspect of how to live our lives
Then KEEP listening to this man and try following his advice. When you change and grow forward in your self awareness THE PAIN LESSONS. Also I suggest you listen to some talks by Michael Mirdad. He also teaches how to move on from hurtful experiences❤. Of course SOME folks actually enjoy having pain be their story. Not very wise😝
9:40 Grateful to you @Michael Singer. You have lived a life of growth and what you speak comes from your own learnings It is not from books you have read, Vedic text you have read, people you have heard. You did it all but what you are teaching today is more relevant because it comes from actual personal growth you have acquired. Grateful for living the path of light, growing your self first and teaching from your own experiences and growth.
Thank you, confirmation of what I have been doing, and knowing to do, is the way. I appreciate you, and your sharing of your experiences, to help humanity🙏💖💖💖
@@theelement6255 That is your subjective perspective. It is not true, nor reality. IT is simply a delusion in your head which appears as reality to you.
I agree with everything except the part that we should always allow whatever around us to happen...sadly the world is run by the biggest egos going (those who refuse to do the inner work and project their own hatreds.) I think it is possible to do both (inner and outer work.)
Great pod. When he talks about the beginning stages it’s definitely true I see myself often reacting and then afterwards I notice. When it happens you really just lose awareness and something else takes over. Then when you don’t react verbally or physically. The mind will congratulate you. I don’t necessarily see how that is bad maybe I didn’t get what he was saying but having a positive inner dialogue has been one of the biggest and best changes in my life. Feeling gratitude every day for life has been the biggest blessing of my life. Is he saying the positive spin off is also not the originating place of the reactive energy so your caught in a loop of self delusion? Is he saying that if it gets to your heart eventually you’ll never have reactive energies?
Hello, thank you for sharing! I agree with you. Once we are healing our inner child , which resides in our hearts , then reactions will change as our love for our inner child grows , so we don’t react anymore but be in an observant of its reality. ❤️👶🏻🎉🎉🎉

Most people are in autopilot they are not aware of whats really going on. Most people ive met are in reaction to their experiences. We do create our own suffering by wanting things outside of ourselves to be a certain way. We think that if the outside is the way we want the inner would be okay.
My life would definetelly look different if I had had let go reactive energies, kept my mouth shut and just been silent. Silence is my best friend, my lover! I have small victories, however. I love Michael singer’s books , and I agree with most of his content . however this video made me feel like if we don’t do anything about anything we potentially become a door mat. A codependent “victim “
As an adult I had to learn to speak up my mind and express myself , and that has helped my life to improve
Perhaps this message has a part missing and is only one aspect of how to live our lives
Thank you so much!! I so needed this talk today! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! 🙏🏻❤️🙋🏻♀️
Beautiful! Thank you, Michael.
You are a genius, and need to be cloned some how lol !! Absolutely brilliant!
Very difficult to hear this where i am now. Reacting in every shape and form now. So much pain...
Then KEEP listening to this man and try following his advice.
When you change and grow forward in your self awareness THE PAIN LESSONS.
Also I suggest you listen to some talks by
Michael Mirdad. He also teaches how to move on from hurtful experiences❤.
Of course SOME folks actually enjoy having pain be their story. Not very wise😝
Thank you so much for this, algoritm send you in my reality right in time🙏
This man is genius. 🙏🏻
Learning this, mastering this. 🦋🌺🌲🌸
I am not sure that Dissociation, Denial nor Repression are leading to mental health at all.
@@ranc1977I knew someone would say this; and that’s NOT what this is
9:40 Grateful to you @Michael Singer. You have lived a life of growth and what you speak comes from your own learnings
It is not from books you have read, Vedic text you have read, people you have heard.
You did it all but what you are teaching today is more relevant because it comes from actual personal growth you have acquired.
Grateful for living the path of light, growing your self first and teaching from your own experiences and growth.
Thank you for sharing your thoughts of life. They are Healing message for me.
“Growth is about me changing … my environment changing me”
Thank you, confirmation of what I have been doing, and knowing to do, is the way. I appreciate you, and your sharing of your experiences, to help humanity🙏💖💖💖
He is brainwashing us that fusing our emotions with our self worth will heal the trauma. It won't- It will make it worse.
@@ranc1977you don’t understand this stuff at all. Thanks for being well meaning but you should understand BEFORE you critique
@@theelement6255 That is your subjective perspective. It is not true, nor reality. IT is simply a delusion in your head which appears as reality to you.
We can only be aware of everything❤.
No need to change❤
I love it 🙏🏻🥰 Michael is so to the point and clear. I am super grateful for these series 🫶🏻💕
This guys teachings are great
I agree with everything except the part that we should always allow whatever around us to happen...sadly the world is run by the biggest egos going (those who refuse to do the inner work and project their own hatreds.) I think it is possible to do both (inner and outer work.)
@@IAMTatianaIAMhow does one "heal our innerchild"?
@@leche1971 , find the teacher/therapist who will resonate with you and guide you on the healing path to your inner child.
Best wishes to you.

Getting past old wounds is also taught by
Michael Mirdad.
Keep listening to
Michael Singer.
Holding on to hurt is
ALSO your EGO wanting to keep you upset rather than
CHOOSING peace and personal growth.
Happy life in The
Present Moment IS POSSIBLE. ❤ ✌
this work is empty of meaning. thank you for sharing it
Unbelievable …….. I’m out of words!!! Thank you 🙏🏼
Was waiting for this one!
Most people are in autopilot they are not aware of whats really going on. Most people ive met are in reaction to their experiences. We do create our own suffering by wanting things outside of ourselves to be a certain way. We think that if the outside is the way we want the inner would be okay.
SO TRUE! I am learning this now. 🙏🏽💕
Speaking my language!!!
Wow! This is Amazing and just what I need to change and become a Better person! Thanks!❤❤❤😊🥳🌈🌺👏👏🎉🎉🤙
Thank you Mickey Singer 🙏 i needed to hear this
My life would definetelly look different if I had had let go reactive energies, kept my mouth shut and just been silent. Silence is my best friend, my lover! I have small victories, however. Today at the lunch I did not say anything, even I felt the urge to say my part in the conversation. Suddenly, I thought: Whats the point to say it? Is it really important? And I was quiet.
For me...when tempted to push my ego's opinion....I tell myself....
"Life's too short..
don't bother. Who really cares...oh well.
Then I have opted for
PEACE instead of turmoil❤ ✌
I want to come visit you at the temple of the universe! JGD 🌟🙏
Here because of the twin flame journey. Healing is incredibly difficult here. Everything is triggered all at once.
