I just had this beautiful experience last Wednesday night during meditation.
I’ll copy and paste my activation experience: 🧘♀️
I put on the frequency meditation and listened through my earbuds.
A few minutes into the frequency music, I was guided to put my hands on my heart 💗but in an open prayer position.
A crystal pyramid appeared in my minds eye. It was beautiful, stunning with sparks of dimension hues! 🌈
Then I felt a warming in my hands still cupped.
Then a white light appeared as I both felt it and saw it! It moved up closer to my throat area and was just stunning! 🤩I instinctively knew it was my High Heart, if that’s a thing, 🤷♀️that’s what I’m calling it.
I activated it! 🤭 This caused me to smile with absolute joy! 🥰
Then it got better, I saw in my minds eye a beautiful handsome man in a light blue suit similar to what we’ve heard the GF wear! ☺️
Telepathically I believe I heard the name Thor? Not 100% on that.
He didn’t say anything, just was present.
Amazing!!!! 🥳
So to sleep I went, however, my husband and I were awakened to our dog growling in the strangest sound from the hallway at some point. 😳Really odd.
I’m instinctively calling it the High Heart Chakra because I saw and felt it between the heart chakra and the throat chakra. It was a big activation although it was beautiful. A diamond pyramid appeared before it.

This was, deep, warm, light - for whatever reason, it was like tasting a heart cherry (variety exists) - fruitful and juicy - an all senses experience. Warmth at the thymus, the throat and the pharynx - energy spreading thoughout the body. Spiraling.

❤ wow just have amazing experiences. Started with tips of my fingers tingling, as if a electoral wave was passing through my body, throughout the frequency the pull to place my hands over my heart and the feeling of floating but a heavy pull on my heart. Saw a bright gold, red light and then waves of different colours forming the shape of a pyramid. Now have a buzzing in both ears but feel so relaxed and at peace ❤❤🙏🙏
