We had 3 daughters, and I think my husband was a bit disappointed at first that none of them were sons. But he loved his girls dearly and they adored him. Time passed and down the road, he was blessed with 4 grandsons! (and 6 granddaughters). And Today we have 4 great granddaughters and 8 great grandsons. Just be patient; good things come to those who wait

I understand having gender anxiety and disappointment. Our first child is on the way, I was so nervous and Anxious about having a girl. In that moment I truly did not want a girl. But when I saw that pink I had a half second of disappointment but then it melted away. Now I’m all about being a girl dad, and I can’t wait for her to be here. PS.
