GOOD LUCK, SWEETIE!!!!! I started off the same way and just went at my own pace. I figured out what sold and what didn't. I asked customers what they'd like to see and try and colors, too. Really, I have so much fun with it now. I'm not famous but, I have ladies who drive 3 hours to come stock up on my soap when I sell at my local farmer's market. I'm only there 2 times a year and everyone knows when and will post on FB. I just show up. LOL. I'm retired and not planning on a business so, I stay small on purpose. You're so talented I bet you do excellent on your 1st run. You just wait and see.

Wow thanks so much. Sadly, after trying it, selling is not for me. It’s too much pressure. It felt more like a job than a hobby. it took ALL the fun out of it. Plus, if I ever started really selling, my channel (& viewers) would be neglected. And we can’t have that!

Good luck! And girl don’t be nervous! I’ve been doing shows for three years now and my first one I was terrified 😂 but after that i have loved them. The vendors become like an extended family at least for me since I see them at many of the shows I do and it’s very rare you get a competitive vendor. The biggest thing is to go in confident in your product, always use that beautiful smile, and just have fun with it. ❤
Dora, you are gonna rock at the farmers market! sheet!-- i was actually very busy, when i saw this new vid. i stopped everything i was doing to sit and watch all the way till the end! your stuff, all of it is mesmerizing! you are going to jam! (FYI, full disclosure, if you dont do as well as you had hoped, pls know that what i have found with SOME farners markets, is this kind of stuff if there are a lot of vendors doing bath and body stuff -- sometimes, not always, but sometimes people go with what is cheaper. and some vendors cater to that. i dont sell my items cheap period. and you shouldnt either so if you dont do all that u hoped, look around and see if i am right. the economy is not good, and people are going with so-so rather than what they really want. under normal circumstances your items would have lines around your table! and you still might-- cuz this also can vary by the area you are in too. i had gone to a BIG farmers market and found this for myself. i was liike??? my stuff is way better than that, yet the cheaper stuff was selling faster than mine. it was almost like a price war that i was not playing. thats ok, i stuck to my guns, and i just dont do that farmers market anymore. no biggie . i hope you take pics of your table, set up and what you are showcasing!!!!
Flea markets won't generally draw the right crowd for your beautiful products - so don't base anything on this one event. You would do much better at markets and popups.
i agree. some of them have so many same type vendors that comes down to who is cheaper.. we have one here in tx that like i think 4 city blocks long and wide-HUGE, but so many bath and body vendors, its all a big price war. i did it once, dont with that crappploa! :)

***how did you do at the swap meet sale? as i wrote before dont be discouraged if you didnt jam, some swap meets end up being lowest prices sell best, not best products being sold i found this out when doing a swap that had a lot of sellers for bath products. my stuff was a lot better than most everyone else, and my sales were disappointing..its all in the swaps you go to.
Well, It didn’t do good. My heart wasn’t in it, I didn’t really want to be there. I left after an hour. It’s just not for me. But u live & learn right?
@@CreativeBathLab sales are tough. you have to be very thick skinned. honestly with the economy being so bad, people are struggling, so selling items they dont need, just want is extra hard. i still think you should make big batches here, and sell them here people watching LOVE your stuff, including me. you have such wonderful ideas! i think it would really make you some money, you would be able to make all your ingredient money back, and then some more. i bet it does way better than your buy me a coffee. **when people dont get something in their hand, they dont give. i bet your stand looked fing amazing. i would have been there to cheer you on if i was closer. i even google mapped where u said u would be, but it was like 12 hours round trip. i would have died if i went all the way there, and you were gone. OMG! i would have klilled you! lol. dont let it get to you, cuz you KNOW you are incredibly creative, and over the top amazing. ITS 99% the horrible economy!
@@CreativeBathLab its the economy. i see people struggling every day. its hard for so many to buy food, so buying bath stuff just gets bumped NOT me tho, i am an on sight shopper, and thats bad! lucky i make good money cuz i would be doomed. i see something and even if i stall i usually go back and get it. i am kinda cheap with certain things like purses. i dont care what brand a purse is, i only care do i love it. i am also rough on purses, they get tossed all over. well i was at a mall (a long time ago lol) and i saw a red, gorg purse in a glass case. i knew that being in a case it would be a lot it was $300 bucks. i was like oh no way. so i put it back. that poor lady, i think i had her pull it out 3 times, and i fonally was like, yes! then when i got it home i farted around with oh no taking it back, taking it back. finally i put my stuff in it and then i knew it was mine...LOL sorry i dont know where that big ass story came from LOL point is, people are really struggling now. my tiny town in tx has a weekend farmers market and they are even begging people to set up a stand. people are just not buying what they dont need. ......sell here, i would totally shop! **question, i did your buy me a coffee, is that reoccuring or do i have to do it monthly??

My favorite quick easy go to frosting is baking soda and cocamidopropyl betaine. I always like to hand out business cards that have my social medias in them with little samples so people can look up and see what I do. I would highly recommend you do that with your RUclips handle. Good luck 😊
