- Many people for are suffering from lichen planus, psoriasis, eczema , lupus and many other autoimmune diseases and occurrences that have caused dark spots and hyperpigmentation, have constantly been asking me what do i do to cover up dark spots and hyperpigmentation. Especially since the summer is coming around and a lot of people would like to have their arms and legs out without having to cover up in extreme heat. I personally don't do anything about it and i just let it be until it heals and goes back to it normal color but i do understand that a lot of people still aren't as comfortable as i am. So i've come up with a clever idea that can be used to cover up dark spots wether they were caused from inflammation, acne, surgery or any other circumstance and the best part is ITS WATERPROOF and DOES NOT RUB OFF!! hopefully this video is able to help a lot of you all suffering from dark spots and hyper pigmentation feel more comfortable in your skin until you fully heal !

Obiri Boahene The Airbrush legs from sally hansen I get from shoppers Drug mart. Any drug store. Or online. Vita Liberata body blur is also good from Sephora however the sally Hansen I feel is more pigmented and last longer.

Lovely dana if your referring to the application of the product. Not very long once you smooth it out and let it dry (5-10 min). As for the marks if you are consistent with a product works for you ( turmeric soap, turmeric butter body) 3 weeks or more. It also depends how deep or dark and if you bruise easily. The struggle is you never let up just keep at it.

this really helps ... i’m currently in my bathroom tearing up because i just had one bad breakout from my cycle last month and now i’m breaking out on my arms and the back of my shoulder blades and lower back. i’ve managed to clear up my back arms and chest and i feel like my skin is turning on me. i’ve been dealing with this since i was 12 and now i’m almost 31... this gives me hope
@@renvicjack628 Try Benzoyl Peroxide! If your skin whether face or other part of body is breaking out with acne, that's your go to. Its an amazing acne terminator. Also if its dark spots, try mixing tumeric, yogurt, honey and olive oil together. It'll be like a pasty mix then apply it to your problem areas. Maybe do it on area after area so like your back first then your arms tomorrow and so on. Leave it on overnight then when u wake up in the morning, you get all a that paste off and you just keep doing that and voila!
Most of the times our bodies just need a cleanse so that we don't break out all over. I've struggled with acne for almost 10 years now and even though its almost gone now, its left me with textured skin and I still get breakouts every now and then when I neglect my skin. I recently started taking vitamin supplements (Vitamin D3, Vitamin C and Zinc) every single day and it actually helps to clear up skin imperfections! I didn't know until I started taking them which I didn't want to do. I then discovered there's a possibility that they're clearing up my skin. Vitamin C is great for skin too believe me so you can also go ahead and get the serum off Amazon. And remember cut off as much sugar as possible and drink LOTS of water. I hope it works out for you.
Brought it for my strawberry legs, it is very good in covering spots however dont think it is like a sun tan where you can go slip and sliding and it won’t come off. The excess and constant rubbing will rub it off, but not completely. I think it’s worth it, definitely the best thing I have used for my legs. The closer it is to your skin tone, the more natural it looks, the middle shade was what I used

Tanning spray should stay on the body until it washed off Lots of my friends use that in the winter instead of going to a tanning bed it works wonders.
I appreciate how you explained the causes of dark spots. Mine came from lupus flare up and my psoriasis mixed making me have dark spots on 50/60 percent of my body and face. One thing I can say is the potato thing works and I saw results within a week
I'm an in between shade, so I use a self-tanner first to get my skin a shade to two shades darker the night before and then I use the sally hansen airbursh liquid formula, and I'm a nearly perfect match for the tan shade.

Girl, I'm 4 yrs late! I have a similar problem from acne. Its on my face, back, neck, chest, and shoulders. I have been doing a skin regimen so the scars have faded significantly from what they used to be. But, im still insecure. Its crazy because I was thinking about a water proof full coverage concealer, but I would hate for it to not work. Then I started formulating a way to do it with a tanner. I get hives every summer due to the pollen, and I wish I knew about this last summer. I did exfoliate the entire winter and 50% is gone but I have a few more on my legs 😩 so I will be giving self tanning a try (spray) [ Neutrogena brand]

I enjoyed this video and decided today to actually buy the product to test it. I bought the darkest color due to me being very darkskin; however, it did not benefit me at all. The spray barely covered my scars and my legs actually looked lighter than usual. I guess this product isn’t friendly for people with darker skin tones.

Mau suggests some products that work great for me. buy aloe vera leaves, $ 1.50 each cut them up, blend them and then place in a jar keep in the refrigerator, use a facial cotton pad and smooth this aloe vera solution unto your skin. Use Ambi fade cream from Family Dollar $ 6/7. Buy KOJIC soap from Amazon.com. $ 7/8 This is on a budget. On the expensive side, I use Dennis Gross IPL Dark Spot Correcting Serum, $92. And lactic acid from Sephora.com $15.

Doesn’t cause any of that for me, and it doesn’t look ashy in the sun. I have only used it on calves though. Not a full leg or arm
