French and Japanese cuisine, IMO, are among the world's finest and most disciplined culinary arts in the world. Mixing them together must be amazing to taste.

Thank you for highlighting in such a fine way the excellence of the best city in the world for food. The Japanese spirit of excellence, attention to detail, craftsmanship and never ending quest for excellence is second to none. And I am French. Florilège is a wonderful place, just like so many others in Tokyo, starred or not.

Love all your Japanese food series. You have an exquisite fine palate. I value all your recommendations and I’ll keep a list of where to go when I’m back in japan. I’ve tried a few of those before but many other ones I didn’t know about. Thank you for sharing and please keep the videos coming 👍😊
