It's a long episode so grab a drink & a snack, don't watch this hungry! 😋 In the spirit of keeping us on our toes & improving, here's how we felt about this episode from a technical perspective:- As general business hours in Tokyo restaurants shorten, there were certain artistic close up shots we had to forgo in order to keep within the dining time frame. That said, we were quite satisfied with what we were able to achieve from this episode in terms of visual excitement. Sound is once again an issue, mainly arising from Wei Loon's generally mumble-ey voice. As the crowd gets rowdy halfway through the meal it might at times eclipse what he says. Usage of music to build emotion also proved to be a challenged due to the nature of the background chatter. As Den dishes out some truly world class dishes we did notice our lack of ability to commentate on certain dishes on the spot. We are working on improving that to hopefully be able to due such restaurants justice in the future. All in all we were quite pleased with how this episode turned out & hope you'll enjoy the fruits of our labour😁
This was a beautiful culinary adventure which you generously shared with your viewers. The vlog showed how greatly you respect the chef and your patrons. I imagine if you could have invited everyone of your fans you would have. Such a beautiful experience. Thank you. And I love your elegant shirt ❤

You need to keep calling until it gets through & if it’s fully booked for the day ask if you can be placed on the waitlist. We got lucky where on the 4th day of getting through we were told a slot freed up for the first day & we were on that wait list😋
Great place and one should also underline that they do not have two Michelin stars only 🌸🌸this year in addition they have the newly established green Michelin star 🍀 as well. Really great vlog, thank you
