1. That men's therapy scene reminded me of the father-son retreat on Moesha. 2. The scene when Darnell told Emmitt he has the gun reminded me of when Brandon's stepfather took Brandon's gun he unknowingly got from Reg back in season 1.

I agree with Ashley about Rashad he has to take some responsibility for his choices it wasn’t like he got wrongfully accused of a crime as a teenager that would be a total different story and different situation out of Rashad’s control and we would have more sympathy about it.
The series is coo but some of these storylines are so unrealistic that I have to try really hard to not critique too much. Kevin having an apartment while underage, Victor being a criminal and now in office (well there are plenty crooks in politics but they don't have records) Emmitt walking around like he's the CEO of some large corporation buying houses and cars...Jemma is a manager with hella connections but when she first entered the series she was clueless about the culture...I don't know but it's entertaining
It was a good episode but I’m truly worried because next week is a prom episode and everyone knows some type of tragedy happens on these type of episodes when everyone is together having a good time
I am loving the writing, and acting this season! Douda is the devil incarnate! I loved the men's therapy scene! Is Dre's ex going to be a problem? Stanley preaching his sermon seems to be foreshadowing him losing his life to protect Poppa and Bakari! Rose has to always clean up Douda's mess! Victor and Rob are going to come to blows about not telling him what he knows.

Duda is like the Veronica Harrington of the Chi because he has his hands in everything and everyone’s lives which will lead to their demise. I would love to have seen the actress who played Veronica on the HAHN play Q’s nephew mother because she’s a fantastic very well rounded actress. She should have more roles in tv shows and movies. Duda and the actress who played Veronica in the HAHN going toe to toe against each other would have been epic and I always wanted to see that on the Chi. What happened to the detectives from the first two seasons and the gang members who were under Duda? They made the show more interesting and gritty with the constant cat an mouse game they were playing with Duda and his 63rd street gang. The show has been missing that criminal,gangster, and police element.

When they did a recap before the episode started they showed Douda shooting Q, with a gun that looks EXACTLY like the gun He gave to Emmett. You right, hes definitely stuck. Im thinking Douda gone use him to cover his tracks. Lord im worried about Shad, Emmett, and Papa's daddy especially. Im still iffy on Bakari but he seems like he's changing. The pallbearers were Victor, Emmitt, Jake and some other guys I really couldn’t recognize from the top view. Also in that teaser we see a visual being held and it look like it’s outside Rashad’s girlfriend’s house.
