It must be difficult for people that are forced to walk on eggshells. The problem is interpretation. The flight attendant may post something that they believe is perfectly acceptable. However, some high-level person may disagree, and the flight attendant will have to deal with the consequences. It would be in their best interest to just avoid doing it all together.
