So um... I am in the middle with Judgement. It has a lot of stretched out scenes, but it's mostly good. Any episode focused on Polnareff has a lot of potential already.
Genie trope is so over used that it's boring, but Araki managed to mix it with Pet Cemetery and put an interesting spin on it. And it gave us the phrase "I'm going to build Polnareffland", which excuses any stupid crap happening. People clown on him wanting to wish for something dumb, but it's fitting. He doesn't really know what he wants because he doesn't have a life since his sister's death. And he doesn't give it much thought. Cameo is right in a way, people who lost their loved ones can be desperate. That's why "mediums" will never go out of business.
This arc is just painful. Loss is something that we're all scared of, but I'm just too empathetic for fictional characters and always end up crying. I can't write much on it, see you in the second part. I will probably be able to give a detailed review then. Stay hydrated, king 💜
Funnily enough part 3 was written before Aladdin came out although genies have obviously been seen in other media

This episode with the whole genie in a bottle thing was actually published 2 years before the Aladdin movie was released.
Though the story of Aladdin had been around for a very long time.

As to why fake Cherie has a memory the real Cherie had, most likely Judgement has low level psychic ability. (Not impossible, considering Hermit Purple.) So the fake knew because of Polnareff's memory of the event. Whether or not ability's limited to when actual "wish" is made, it'd explain how the stand can create copies of one's desires, that, while not perfect, are pretty close to what the wisher imagines. Basically reading, to an extent, the memory/emotional energy of the person making the wish.

@@samgreenblatt7074 Araki make DIO's ability supposely all the ability of all stand user but after a few chapter he scrapped off that idea and because of the manga already showed DIO using Hermit Purple soo.....why not making it Jonathan's stand instead?
