Damn, it gave me the same feeling as when I went to the Area Zero for the first time when they showed photos from the book with Area Zero's spooky theme in the background.
I'm reaaally hyped for whatever expansion they chose to do in área Zero
Area Zero has to be my favourite area. It’s mysteriously beautiful with unfamiliar Pokémon roaming in it. And the music really sells it.
I really love how Part 1 looks like it takes place in a safari type zone, while part 2 looks like an entire research facility!
It really fits into the past/future theming

Context:
The reason this was reuploaded was due to them using a remixed version of Area Zero.
As I said in the previous video, given the way Kieran reacts to losing and doesn't seem to like the Trainer hanging out with Carmine I think that Ogerpon is going to use this moment of discontent as a means to an end.
It is supposed to be an Oni, after all. Teal Mask doesn't sound like we'll be dealing with the usual rampaging Legendary blinded by despair or controlled by a human enemy type of situation. I think this will be a more devious Legendary out to cause trouble, using a human as their puppet this time around.
And I think Kieran is going to be one such puppet.

@@JarahKnuckey Like he's a host somehow, or even descended from Ogerpon in some way? That's also plausible. Legends Arceus showed us that people can come from Pokemon in that Frosslass side quest.

Can't wait to see the old pokémon new models. If there's one thing GF got right is this generation (and I hope it continues on forward) is the models for pokémon, the textures made a big difference and made them even more interesting looking.

I've learnt to dial down my optimism for pokeon games but this one seems promising, if its anything like the SWSH dlcs then its gonna be good

Yeah, they removed the fanmade music. They didn't do a great job of editing in new music though. It just awkwardly fades out at the end.

I'm really hoping for a feature like Dynamax Adventures where we can test our skills and have the chance to get legendary shiny catches. That feature extended the life of SwSh by years and I'm still playing it on my live stream to this day because it's so fun and it's the only way to get certain Pokémon for my shiny living dex in PLA.

Instead of making you use rentals, the raid Pokemon should be level 90 with the legendary being level 100, all with the best Teratype they could have.
Fairy Groudon, Electric Kyogre, Ground Reshiram, Electric Kyurem, and so on.
And you can only bring a Pokemon from your party to each raid.

Fr I’m glad they’re introducing more ways to remove the grind. It’ll make competitive play healthier and more accessible I think.
I already have more then 300 of each stat berry and more then enough money for the Vitamins not to mention the absurd amount of rare candy, but I'd still probably spend a lot of time doing that minigame lmao
Next step is to overhaul IVs and EVs, or at least make them more readily accessible/readable.
I hope by the time of the Indigo Disk we can get the rest of the Pokémon we didn’t get by the time of the Crown Tundra in Sword and Shield and I would personally love if Poke Jobs came back they were a nice thing to have in Sword and Shield to level of Pokémon you weren’t actively using and I would think it awesome if they made a return as a regular feature
If you’re hoping for all the Pokémon to be available again, I don’t think that’s realistic. I do think there’ll be a lot fewer Pokémon missing by the end of SV’s lifespan compared to SwSh, though.
@@longbeing oh no I meant that between Sword and Shield with Scarlet and Violet all Pokémon would be available on the Switch not all of them being on a single game I don’t think that’ll happen for awhile if ever
IIRC the only ones that won't be available on the switch by the time the dlc releases will be all gen 5 Pokemon/maybe some mythicals, which kinda hints that gen 5 remakes are the next thing on the horizon

Edit: yep, I just checked. They're gen 5. They were also shown in the first trailer for the DLC so they're 100% confirmed to be in the DLC. I'm glad they're coming back because Zebstrika is one of my favorite Pokemon.

For those confused, the Area Zero music they used at the end of the original trailer was stolen from a fan remix. Not sure exactly how this all happened, but clearly they didn’t have permission to use it, and so have reposted the trailer with the official rendition instead.
For a DLC called the "Hidden Treasure of Area Zero," there sure is a whole lot of nothing shown so far actually involving Area Zero, the only reason I would want to play the DLC to be honest.
I think they do this on purpose. I mean, the buildup is near the end of the trailer, with the atmospheric look at the photos/sketches from the book and Terapagos being in the crater.
I guess both Ogerpon and Blueberry Academy storylines will be tied to the Area Zero in some way. Otherwise - lame.
You probably have to beat both parts of the DLC for more stuff in area zero

Can anyone imagine it? Subjective shots (first-person views) and (not so) small hints (like peeks of body/face parts, dialogues, silhouettes or something) of "the mysterious figure" plotting/scheming, overhearing, sneaking, concealing its presence and stuff. Or someone, human and/or Pokémon, meeting with that person (we all know who) at some location(s) with one or two news... Or people non-suspiciously responding or ringing secret phone calls after making excuses. Any other suggestions?

Personally, I had really hoped Terapagos was part of a 3-Stage Evolutionary line. It'd be good future proofing, & after Gen 7, I wanted to see Pokemon try the concept of a 3-Stage Legendary line again. Hopefully it's at least part of a 2-stage evolutionary line.

Sadly the era of dlc is there to stay. A full game chopped into a base game with dlc is needed to cash in money and generate a more consistent cash flow for the cost of numbling Pokemon players that still buy.

Okay, So theres something i find very uh concerning about the Ogerpon Terastal form, and its the fact that its Bloody massive like a Titan and i'm worried that it'll end up like Eternamax Eternatus: made purely for a Bossfight
And before someone mentions the Titans you actually CAN catch them although they'll be alot smaller they have Perfect stats, just search on RUclips or Google how to catch them

I'm hoping that Gamefreak will add the Legebdary/Mythical Pokemon from the transfer only pokémon especially the items for Pokemon that are allowed to evolved into their Husiam forms in Pokemon Scarlet and Violet..
The Hisuian Starters don't need items, much like Alolan Exeggutor, Alolan Raichu, or Galarian Weezing, they simply need to evolve the normal way, in the correct location.
So unless another game is made set in the Hisui region, you're most likely screwed unless you actually swallow your pride and either buy Legends Arceus or trust someone else with your Quilava, Dartix and/or Dewott 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
You can't even get the OG Typhlosion, Samurott, and Decidueye in PLA by transferring lol.

But on a lighter note, i’m quite interested in Karmine (i think that’s her name?) and Kieran, especially Kieran, he seems quite interesting from what i’ve got in this trailer. And i’m also very excited for the Indigo Disk part, i’m really excited that a lot of older pokemon i love will be in it- and also the part where the player (i honestly don’t remember the protagonists names) was standing in a room and the furniture around the room were changing styles! It looks really cool.

@usernamedjb663 I mean by that, that we might get a second DLC Pass with 2 additional areas. Mostly build on the fact that we got Walking Wake during the Main Game and now Raging Bolt for the DLC. I don't think we get Entei's Paradox Counterpart for this DLC and I also can't really see them explaining the whole "Time Distortion" thing with Terapagos. If anything, I would say Terapagos is the first Paradox that came from the Distortion and brought the tera crystals. So I THINK we might get a second DLC "Origin of Area Zero" that actually explains how the Distortion was created and what those Paradox Pokemon actually are.
@@ProfWollhoven Walking Wake and Iron Leaves arent part of the main game. They are DLC mons that were put in raids to promote the DLC
@@usernamedjb663 yup, this. I believe we will encounter Walking Wake/Iron Leaves, Raging Bolt/Iron Crown and the third ones naturally in the DLC, because Walking Wake and Iron Leaves still lack Pokedex entries which probably will be added in the DLC.
It also fits the leaker Khu who said Paradox Amalgamations are part of the planned DLC and it wouldn't make much sense to encounter Raikou and Coballion, but not other two.
So far Ogerpon is different, has a mask with tera crystals and uses unknown tera move, while environment shown in the Indigo Disk is made of cystals as well. So i guess we must assume that it will really focus on Ogerpon being connected to the Area Zero, as well as featuring Terapagos will solve the mystery.
So, are both dlcs gonna be available on both games, or is Mask gonna be exclusive to Scarlet, and Disc gonna be exclusive to Violet?

Game freak is doing a surprising amount of advertising for the dlc. Not a bad thing just odd.
The pokemon company are the ones who do the advertisements but you're right but I think it's to show that there's a lot more in the dlc than last time
