I had a very odd experience that I was wondering if anyone else has experienced. It might sound crazy but me and my friends caused some sort of “time warp” thing by killing a villager. We were making an ongoing joke about this villager being invincible and insanely lucky. So my friend thought it would be funny to make a 15x15 nuke of TNT and light it right on top of the villager. Now of course we flew really far from our main village we built not wanting to cause harm to our builds. But the overload of tnt started glitching me and all my friends game. The time of day was different for all of us and we started seeing duplicates of ourselves and are friends glitching around the map. This was kind of scary and we were all talking about it in VC. On the way back to the village the lag finally stopped and we all were fine but every single villager was frozen in place and wouldn’t walk or even make noise. We though our games crashed but everything else worked fine. Opening doors, chests, etc. We were confused on how to fix this so we left the game and we all restarted our games and joined back Into our server and to our surprise the villager we executed YESTERDAY was back in his previous house and the explosion was still there and villagers were moving yet again. My friend was spooked because we killed the villager for pushing another villager into a campfire. This world was already a roleplay world and we decided to use this for some lore and made a monument to remember the time warp. Telling our other friends abt this when they were offline wasn’t easy. Nobody believed us and everyone thought we were crazy or seeing things.
Something like that happened to me and my friends… we had a world and the owner got a new xbox and he had the same account but the world was back to how it was 2 months ago
I believe this was caused due to the TNT explosion, which depending on how fast your server can handle something like that. The server would sometimes not kill entities cause loading the explosions was already a tedious task on the machine (depending on specs) or the server would limit the processing limit to prevent lag spikes or uneven ticks. It is seen that the game would sometimes not render the entity dead and the freezing of other villagers was caused due to lag in the server which is common after doing something that can cause massive lag. Also, due to the massive lag or maybe some minor corruption, the server might have decided to load a previous backup. These situations can sometimes occur on servers and most likely to occur there, than in your local PC.
HOLY FUCK THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME AND MY FRIENDS!! We like blew up a shit ton of TNT on a creative world and flew very very far away from it as it started to lag our devices. Next thing you know we see like clones of our character models flying and doing the exact same things we were doing and everything was like frozen in time. We like overloaded the server/world that it was like unwinding. Crazy glitch ngl
Alright some extra info and corrections: The ender dragon's name is "jean?" and It's a female name so the ender dragon is said to be female. Desert wells are actually useful because they spawn 100 blocks from a village so you can know a village is nearby. The feeding parrots cookies probably refers to when you write "how to breed parrots in minecraft" to google it says cookies but it makes the parrot die.
Chainmail used to use the fire recipes because it was a placeholder. Fire is literally unobtainable unless you use commands and as such it's the perfect placeholder recipe material. So the devs thought about throwing in craftable chainmail and used a placeholder recipe till they figure it out since it would be made from iron but iron armor uses ingots and is tougher than chainmail, but they decided to just not add any recipe and make it only obtainable through mob drops, trades and chests

Explanation on the reason for the far lands: Thanks to TrentynPlayzYT for posting a video that explains it better than my comment lol. ruclips.net/video/srkmWwa1lew/видео.html My explination: Every computer has a certain amount of memory for each variable. This was fixed in more recent versions of the game as far as I know.

One more thing to be discussed regarding the infinity snapshot: the "0" dimension. Identified due to finding a phrase in which an infinity snapshot portal led directly to the End (dimension 2), some wondered what dimension 0 would look like. A book seed was discovered to lead there: cfcd208495d565ef66e7dff9f98764da The result is a dark green tinted world filled with huge numbers of withers and an endless fleet of End Ships. Notably, these ships are devoid of everything but the usual health pots on the brewing stand, and the two chests where the Elytra would be, but is absent. Each chest contains a single written book, the author name rendered in Minecraft's illegible, rapidly shifting text formatting, titled simply, "Orders." These orders consists of simple words or phrases interspersed with more illegible formatting text. Below is a sampling of the possible results: DISCOVER [ILLEGIBLE] OBLITERATE [ILLEGIBLE] MODDERS DEPLOY [ILLEGIBLE] LOST FLOPPIES CUT [ILLEGIBLE] MODDERS DESTROY [ILLEGIBLE] OBSERVE [ILLEGIBLE] CAPTURE [ILLEGIBLE] MODDERS RESTORE [ILLEGIBLE] COCTAILS [sic] CAPTURE [ILLEGIBLE] BUILD [ILLEGIBLE] MAPPINGS ...let's hope that fleet stays in the zero dimension, Eh?
@@SubToCinder After looking through the snapshot some more, the fleet itself isnt unique to that seed, but its incredibly interesting that dimension seed zero contains it in addition to the extreme amounts of withers.

38:08, Why not make the sharks passive or neutral mobs then, like in real life, and also not giving them good drops when kill, then some players wouldn´t even think of killing them (of course there will be some since they also torture axolotls for no reason). Like they added polar bears in the game who are more hostile than sharks in real life, but sharks aren´t alow. I´m just kinda mad since sharks are really cool and, for giving them more purpose, if you tame one it gave an achievement that said something among the lines of " A dangerous predator?" or something like that. Thank you for reading my little rant.
DUDE that achievement would be sick! Unfortunately, I think Mojang isn't going to add it bc of the China appeasement situation, but who knows, maybe in a future update they will! :D
At 26:25, void fog is still there, in some way, at least for bedrock! It's not nearly as bad, however it is noticeable. When you're below a certain y level, and you look down, the corners and edges of your screen start to fade to black, but if you look up or ascend, they go back to normal! Maybe Legendfinder uploaded his videos earlier then deleted them and reuploaded them in order to make the ARG more interesting?
I remember having like twenty nether spires in the old PE worlds I played with my brother and cousins! There was this weird teal block with a gold center and iron borders that had something to do with it.

THANK YOU! Also, the points you raise are completely right! I didn't think about that when writing the script for this video 😭 Thank you for clarifying the entry :D

I think anything that can only be done in creative mode should be considered non-canon to anything in Minecraft lore, so even though there's a void below the bedrock in creative it could still fit with the dimensional layer theory if we consider the void to be a non-canon occurrence.
I remember for the far lands as a kid, if you did a classic world (or whatever the world is with sky borders), and if you went and did the “make infinite” button in the world settings, the sky borders would generate farlands
Funny enough, someone I’m very close to had started a new Minecraft world (on bedrock btw) and we had a village generate in a jungle! But it’s probably due to the experimental gameplay of the 1.18 generation. Oddly enough we also had a brown panda spawn too, I’m gonna see if that’s always gonna be the same when that seed is used.
a cool thing about the steve coma theory is that some of the official minecraft novels kinda reference it. the first one was about this guy who wakes up in minecraft with no memories and has to survive the second one was about a girl who was in a car crash with a friend and long story short her friend was trapped inside the game. I just thought it might be related but idk lol (correct me if I’m wrong I read them a very long time ago lmao) great video btw :P

Chain armor is made out of fire because it was once intended to be craftable but Mojang didn't exactly knew which materials would be needed. They used fire as a crafting recipe because they implemented already in the game but used the fire item as ingredient so that you could not use it in Survival mode. After a while Mojang abonded the idea but left the chain armor in the game.

The "ghasts are machines" one I think is just a misinterpretation, if it is word-for-word that ghasts "shoot fireballs with an internal mechanism". The word "mechanism" has several uses, ranging from natural mechanisms (For example, the immune system has a mechanism for detecting pathogens) to machine applications.

Every computer has a certain amount of memory for each variable. In minecraft's case, the terrain generation bugs out when the value for position is very big since there isn't enough memory to hold it all.

A book seed was discovered to lead there:
cfcd208495d565ef66e7dff9f98764da
The result is a dark green tinted world filled with huge numbers of withers and an endless fleet of End Ships. Below is a sampling of the possible results:
DISCOVER [ILLEGIBLE]
OBLITERATE [ILLEGIBLE] MODDERS
DEPLOY [ILLEGIBLE] LOST FLOPPIES
CUT [ILLEGIBLE] MODDERS
DESTROY [ILLEGIBLE]
OBSERVE [ILLEGIBLE]
CAPTURE [ILLEGIBLE] MODDERS
RESTORE [ILLEGIBLE] COCTAILS [sic]
CAPTURE [ILLEGIBLE]

...let's hope that fleet stays in the zero dimension, Eh?

They used fire as a crafting recipe because they implemented already in the game but used the fire item as ingredient so that you could not use it in Survival mode. After a while Mojang abonded the idea but left the chain armor in the game.
You made a HOUR long video on the Minecraft iceberg, honestly this guy needs to be the most dedicated. You need more subs, I’m surprised the RUclips algorithm hasn’t reccomended this to many ppl this is awesome.
Thank u so much AHHH
I dont get why you are so underrated, your videos are so good and deserve more love tbh
ahhhhhhh tysm!
the giant was purposely added and can be considered as Minecrafts first boss but was scrapped due to it being too over powered since it could one hit even with full diamond armor. it wasn't completely removed because notch really liked it.
thx for the hard work on this video it was equal parts exciting, calming, entertaining and informative
TYSM :D
12:09 There is actually one more special language added in 1.17.1 which is called文言, it is an ancient version of Chinese.
Not really a secret language
@@Cheeseburger897 I wonder if you can even play Minecraft in China
They probably have their own version, like with Terraria
the wells from what ive seen mean theres something nearby. each time i see one its a temple, village, or ruined portal. explore a bit around the well and youll find one
42:41 i spot myself :=) You gave a good description of the DigitalJesuit. The goal of the server is to create a non-toxic, secular, and safe environment for players. The server is however not related to the Vatican or any religion for that matter.
AYY glad this video made it to you! :D also I agree, although some people still think the Pope himself runs the server LOL
4:28 the soul sand fade thing reminds me of the philosopher stones from full metal alchemist. Specifically the scene when pride and Kimbly talk during the final battle. Specifically after kimblees death. When they are in prides mind and the souls are shooting around them. If you’ve seen it you know what I’m talking about.
i have not seen it but that sounds sick
The post apocalyptic theory makes the Minecraft gameplay from now on really depressing.
downloaded a backpack mod a while ago and some backpacks would hold jukeboxes that played music. mobs sometimes spawned with the jukebox backpack, and of course one spawned while i was in a cave. it played disc 11. the sound of distant footsteps and blocks breaking was so terrifying. i removed the mod because i didnt want to experience it again.
He sounds so happy when he said he ate pizza, in between Layer 2 and 3 lol
bro the pizza slice was such a banger 😈
@@SubToCinder lol
I love how Mojang is all about avoiding animal cruelty while actively having the option the feed birds cookies to kill them on demand. Good job mojang
The "ghasts are machines" one I think is just a misinterpretation, if it is word-for-word that ghasts "shoot fireballs with an internal mechanism". The word "mechanism" has several uses, ranging from natural mechanisms (For example, the immune system has a mechanism for detecting pathogens) to machine applications.
ty for letting me know!
SCP-4335 did not inspire the enderman mob, that is simply incorrect. Endermen were added in the Beta 1.8 update. Redstone lamps, featured in the SCP-4335 image, were added in Release 1.2
fair
endermen were actually inspired by slenderman
I knew everything In layers 1 and 2. Layer 3 I didn't know about 4. Layer 4 I didn't know about 8. Layer 5 I didn't know about 6. Layer 6 I didn't know about 8. Layer 7 I didn't know about 9. Layer 8 I didn't know about 3. Great Video. Keep up the good work.
Lol I thought sitting through 1 hour of the Minecraft ice berg would be tedious but it was actually relaxing
AYY TYTY :)
made an hour vid just for our entertainment thanks man means so much #underrated
AHHHH ANYTHING FOR U GUYS
I wish the builders theory was touched on here as I feel it is a massive part of minecrafts lore and can explain a large section of the questions
Respect to Cinder for replying to every comment with a real thought out comment
LMAOOOO thank you thank you ! :D

16:18 you got something wrong here: the vindicator still attacks you but also everything else except pillagers and other illagers
In official Minecraft skin packs there are skins for Farlanders. They're like broken people fused with items and mobs of their professions.
no wayyyyyy that's so cool! :D
I remember using the nether reactor seeing it brings back so many memories
sameeee
