- Career planning around the tender age of 16-18 is a delicate and confusing matter. Often when we miss to see the options ourselves from a 360 degrees viewpoint we miss on many important aspects of career. Hence, we make mistakes with career selection thus landing up with a dissatisfactory career.

Madam you video of career counsler what is right age of career and my age is 32 right now i want do now good career i passed b. Com and office mangement it my basic education. But i have interest so many think like communication. And good lisner and speaker, i like singing i am good adviser like beauty, spritual, knowledge, dancing, astrology, read moral story, good observing skill to analalyes people, i am judgement quality i have knowlege of dreesing sense, cretivity. ❤

Hello Gurmeet. This may be a little difficult but if the children are studying they have some awareness and can be guided. . Basically the career counselor has to be well versed in opportunities available for students of all socio economic and educational background

Hello mam! Wanted to know that career counselling should be done after 10th or before 10th itself
HI Rashmi, Test can be done anytime after class 8th for the rest of your life. the best time is half year thru class 10 as the tutorials for NEET and JEE start forcing you to register.
During class 10th is best bcoz these days tutorials for NEET and JEE create a a lot of pressure after about the mid of class 10th to join the classes. However a career aptitude test can be conducted anytime from class 9th onwards

Best time is in class 10th in INdia as that is the time to make future choice of subjects. But can be done anytime after 10th

Hi Rukhsana. All parents have concerns for their children so they resist. The best solution is to convince them to meet a career counselor with you. O usually have a session of the parents and the student together and then we proceed with an aptitude test that gives interesting options keeping in mind the student's interests and the parents' concern. If they are not very open for counseling, u may take the help our your teacher to convince them

Hello Shad. It is common to be dissatisfied with the subjects u chose for graduation as 17 is hardly an age to know yourself. But now is when u can think and plan. You have many options even now. I would strongly recommend a scientific Career counseling at this stage preferably with aptitude testing. This process will help u understand yourself and th career options that are best for you. Then u can utilise the rest of final year to prepare foe th entrance exam (if any) for you next stage.
