O usually have a session of the parents and the student together and then we proceed with an aptitude test that gives interesting options keeping in mind the student's interests and the parents' concern. If they are not very open for counseling, u may take the help our your teacher to convince them
But I have consistently heard that a person will have good chance to earn handsome income if he/she follows as per their abilities… What is the definition of earning handsome income? Do we have any measurement? One more thing if a student chooses a career in alignment with their ability yet income is not satisfactory.., then?

During class 10th is best bcoz these days tutorials for NEET and JEE create a a lot of pressure after about the mid of class 10th to join the classes. However a career aptitude test can be conducted anytime from class 9th onwards
