@@jamwrightiam yup, and iirc it's either a couple of years older than me or a couple of years younger than me. my first entry to the Armored core franchise and to fromsfotware as a whole was For Answer, mostly because until FA NOTHING fromsoft made ever was available where i lived, don't know if it was just the state i live in never bothered getting a stock of any of the AC games or if any time it was in stock it was snached up before i could ever get to the store to ever see it.
It’s always funny watching people fight bosses I’ve fought before, that Balteus cannon shot felt like a bitch to dodge but watching you show it happen several times in like succession like that I feel dumb for not figuring out the tell quicker than I did
TLDR at the end I know it has nothing to do with the video, but 6 is my first AC game. I absolutley loved it and glad I spent 60 dollars on it rather than anything else this year. I S ranked all the missions and had an absolutle blast. I loved my builds so much. Now my little brother noticed me playing and caught a glimpse of a few parts. He was very willing to try it and I was willing to beat the game and start over for him. The problem was is that he didn't want every gun, part, mission, etc, avaliable for him. He wanted to experience it fully, but I had to start a new game for that and that would delete my progress. So I either had to deny him the game, or give up my save. Ultimatley, I chose to start a new game and I walked him through the first mission. It took me more than 20 tries to beat the first boss. With my guidence and my brother's incredible capacity for learning, (He is literally gifted for some reason. Absolutle genius for a borderline Gen Alpha) he beat the boss in JUST THREE TRIES. I was so proud of him and because of that, he wants me to guide him through the whole game. He literally won't play it unless I'm there with him. I am honored for that, but I don't really wanna sit through the whole game again. TLDR: My brother's playing Armored Core, but won't play unless I sit through it with him the whole time. I already know my answer. I'll watch it with him, but what do y'all think?
still crazy how on the first boss in the intro I ended up saying "f it, hug death" and then it went from hard to semi easy after literally touching the plane while just attacking it like crazy, fun game XD
Also if you like the boss music i def recommend checking out some of the older games osts, a lot of people like the 4 Answer ost as it hits a lot of the elements that Rusty's boss theme does. Personally i find the Nexus ost to go unreasonably hard, but I'm really a fan of almost all of FreQuency's work
4 and by extension for answer's soundtracks are so fuckin good, i maaay have slapped the ac4 ost on because 6's wasn't doing it for me on certain missions
In the sink going against Walters orders is the good ending also there's a true ending it's a million times harder compared to what you just went through
This ending is definately the most emotional, and probably my favorite. ...wait the good and true endings let you kill V.II Snail nevermind those are the best 😈 Regardless, every ending makes you fight atleast one person you didnt want to
