I have a 23 300R and find it as a nice compliment to my 24 300XC. It's got enough grunt and power to get you by most stuff but not overpowering where you need to be careful. It's such a fun bike to ride in trails switching between the 2 as this lets you be more aggressive in your approach without the consequences like a 300 2 stroke. Even in big desert hill climbs in jawbone it was handling real well up a lot of hills. I love this bike and is a much better bike then the Honda. The weight is only a issue when your picking it up but most bikes are when you are picking it up anyway lol
I'm not a business owner but I think you should post this video again with YOUR own voicover. Nobody likes the AI generated voice over, we all despise it and click off instantly, very bad marketing here.

I had the '24 KLX 300 dual sport and it did everything I asked of it. I was a newbie and I put that bike through the ringer, crashing, hard, nearly every ride as I seemed to have no fear. The bike took it and kept running. It was a great bike for me to learn on. I ended up selling it and getting a Beta 300 and a GPX TSE300R which I love both but I've progressed to a point in one year that I think I could ride the KLX 300 on most of the stuff I ride today. Sure, a little heavier but for what I typically ride, it would work fine. Such a great bike and it's far far better on pavement than the 2 stroke Beta and GPX.
Some truth in that 80% rider 20% bike stuff.
I would consider a CRF250F first. 40 pounds lighter, nearly the same HP and torque, $1200 cheaper. $160 dual sport kit makes it street legal in many states.

I like the extra low end power my KTM 350 has especially since I went to a larger rear sprocket. One issue with this bike is that you need to be at least 6 foot one to ride it based on the higher seat position. I replaced the stock seat with a much more comfortable and softer seat so I can ride all day on rough trails and roads and not get tired. This bike has been extremely dependable and I've owned it for several years. I never even noticed the AI voice over but did think the voice sounded a bit like a sissy.....
Do you think it is a better dual sport than the CRF300l?
All reviewers prefer the Honda, except "stock" suspension. If you're leaving the bike bone stock, the Kawi comes with better suspension. Neither offroad like a motocross bike, or enduro bike, and neither come stock with suspension like that. The Kawi does have better suspension according to everyone who reviews them, they prefer everything else on the Honda. Including looks.
They both suck tbh. Honda sucks more.
Make no mistake- the KLX is NOT new. It’s pretty much the same exact bike parading the KLX graphics in the ‘90’s. It has zero power and pretty much cannot get out of its own way. It’s a campground bike at best. This is why you see so many for sale with under 100 miles. People buy them based on looks alone and have no idea the engine is a 30-year old punched out street bike motor.
