Thank you so much for information at all process levels. Also I would like to ask if a broker working on getting a mortgage loan for me can charge me 3000 dollars for the services he did getting approved for a loan but couldn't close the deal due my real estate agent lied about water problem in that property?
absolutely not............a lender/realtor only gets paid when you close on your home.
