Nice van but I wish the camera monitor wasn’t buried in a cabinet and the other controls spread around the cabin occupying useful wall space like above the sink where one could have a paper towel roll or a shelf. Also in general there are not that many cabinets for storage and the space under the sink is kind of poorly used. The side panels may be nice but hard to use without a bug screen, or maybe I missed it? I have a 144 4x4 and a 40 gallon tank would be a weight overkill, not sure if they really needed that considering they could have used the space for storage. 😊
Agree w/opinion of placement of cameras. I can see myself (1) keeping that upswing door open 24/7, and (2) I can see ne running my head into the partially opened door. There must be a better place than inside the bin???
She’s a great spokesperson. I really like this build. It’s well thought out. The bed converts so easily. The skylight is great too. Nice job.

good looking van, weird placement for the security. I would want to be able to see what's going on while in bed without having to get up and open the door. BTW, Leah, beautiful dress, but need new shoes. 😅

Right on, we do a raised bed with fiberglass bed bumpouts for 6'6" of sleeping space if needed

What a beautiful van, and I love the views of NYC and the Brooklyn Bridge.
Avonite, is a solid surface material like Corian, but offered in more custom color choices. Nice touch, classy.
The waterfall design, while being very elegant, is not as functional as wood for a mounting surface for gauges, storage, hinged extension, etc. The Lagun table tops should be curved on edges, or they will hurt you as they bump into your legs - guaranteed.
I loved the collapsible projector screen, what a nice feature!
4:03 - Putting a camera screen INSIDE and at the back of a cabinet is very puzzling. So you have to move a pile of clothes each time you want to see a security camera view? Makes no sense at all. This is bad design.
The overhead marine hatch/skylight is a beautiful feature. I would not use it when parked below skyscrapers where people can peer directly into your bedroom (ha ha) but what a nice way to climb up or look at the stars. Not a pokey size either, nice and big. Really lovely!
Bathroom was lovely too, classy tiling. Is that real tile or vinyl? Toilet was a beauty, although not very eco friendly with plastic wrappers for every use.
Garage - I did not understand a single component of the power grid. How does that work? What capacity do you have?
The water tank and plumbing is inaccessible. All that space in the water tank cabinet is not accessible from the garage, and it should be. i would redesign that space in the back. It should be magnetic panels you can pluck off not screwed in. Add some drawer extensions for storage.
fyi - those sneakers she is wearing need cleaning and bleach. Throw them in a warm wash with bleach. This is not good. Such a pretty dress, but the shoes are gross.

this van is a no for me,its cheaply made, no good storage, that bed has to be the worse, its thin cushion, can I say back pain,,this van can only be used for a weekend get away if that.a sunroof doesn't make a good camper van,she glossed over most important info.

Duh? Am I missing something? Looks like the under-sink space is wasted not making a wrap-around drawer beside the deep classic bar sink. Was the monitor for the outside cameras mounted inside a back cabinet that one would have things in (and have to remove to see the video)? Is that the only place the video feed is? And why? I get it! It's a nice van for a quick trip and/or entertaining while you are doing that, but it is Not a van for people to live in: absolute neglect of possible storage spage. Nice build, though.

I Love this very nice build this is exactly what I want but I want the chassis to be Ford Transit. I currently have a 23.7ft Thor gemini 23TW motorhome which I do love and I’ve had it for 1.6 years. Now I’m looking into getting a small van. Being on the road sometimes the wind really gets to me which makes my anxiety go through the roof. So I’m thinking a smaller wheel base and lower profile I want be so anxious while driving.

Great clean build! The bed is just too short though, the camera monitor should definitely be directly next to the bed/couch unobstructed , and unless the table base wasn’t fully extended I don’t see where to put your legs!
The camera is docked there it pops out of its housing and you can put it wherever you want
The outside camera-monitors should be openly visible without having to open a cabinet, the bug screen should be more transparent--can't see the stars now-Typical layout, standard build--nothing innovative! But thanks Pat, appreciate your efforts.

how do you shower wash long hair with 2-1/2 gallon hot water?
Because it super heats the water so you will mix it with about 40% cold water to get a comfortable temperature.
No toe kicks and LED strips - it’s a no from me 😊

Upper cabinet
Its not good design putting displays inside and more importantly at the back of cupboards. When those storage areas are full it becomes an unloading exercise everytime you need to read a display.
Bed far too small.
The display can be positioned wherever the new owner wants it

As a service provider your reputation is also at risk as a quality provider so it's for you to advise the downfalls of any requests. When this fails for practical reasons people will only see the problem and who designed it. This will be the case because of accessibility and damage to the displays from luggage. Most clients have a vision and suggest a inappropriate solution due to inexperience. It's the experts role to suggest alternatives. In this case I suspect all they want is not to see them when unnecessary.

Horrible. A dedicated shower space is a HUGE waste of space, especially in a 144". Dometic is substandard. All their products. Take some pride in your work. 2022 is not "brand new". It's a year old. jejeje How does the water heater source power? Wouldn't work long if on DC unless you have a huge battery and that's unlikely with 300w PV. Reminds me of Airstream's yachts with so many flimsy features (skylight/shower). The water tank access door is too small for anything but visual inspection. Might try Humble Van's designs. Nice sharp corners on the upper cab. That'll be worth a trip for sutures! I'm guessing you aren't interested in word of mouth sales from your clients because when they discover the product quality and layout doesn't come close to what they desire they'll dump these on the next gullible buyer. I'd have to say this is the worst build I've seen, in 14 years.
