That one is at w2z2 , Nunchuku, in this video you know the last building we were on before we went to the raccoon part right, instead of going up, you go down there. The shop is in a crack between 2 hills. It's a hidden shop so it's not very out there.
I'll make a video for the new achievements that came with the 2024 patch, might as well put the new bow, slingshot upgrade and nunchuku there as well. I'll post a link for it here when it's out if you still need it then😅
