Honestly Geras is the only MK character who has a chance at beating Kratos seeing as Geras can't be killed in anyway, and can only be stopped from coming back. If you don't kill him and instead just trap him somewhere like the sea of blood then you wont have to deal with him, so if Kratos did that then Geras would lose, but if Kratos can't keep Geras trapped then Geras will eventually be able to overpower Kratos because every time Geras dies he reforms himself stronger, and unlike baldur, Geras has no weakness, and unlike Mimir he can reform his body so decapitation wont work. Kratos will get most of thr stats except hax because Geras can come back. This implies that Kratos overall win.

If Kratos fights Fire God Liu Kang in his own universe with his Time Keeper status, then I don't think he has any hope as being Time Keeper grants you power over reality and complete mastery over your universe.
Killing Liu Kang would literally be impossible. It's way beyond Kratos' feats of cheating death and fate; being Keeper of Time practically makes you reality itself. He also wouldn't even be considered a God, but a Titan, so he's literally a league above of what Kratos specializes in lol.
