In this video, I ride a JFK AirTrain people mover from Terminal 2 to Terminal 1, and then do a walkthrough of the terminal. Terminal 1 is home to SkyTeam carriers Aeroflot, Air France, Alitalia, China Eastern Airlines, Korean Air, and Saudia; Star Alliance carriers Air China, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, EVA Air, Lufthansa, and Turkish Airlines; and Oneworld carrier Japan Airlines. Other airlines serving terminal 1 include Air Italy, Azerbaijan Airlines, Cayman Airways, Fly Jamaica Airways, Norwegian Air, Philippine Airlines, Royal Air Maroc, TAME, and WOW Air.

Wanna Walk if you didnt know, that train is called the AirTrain. There’s one for JFK Airport in Queens, NY and one for Newark Liberty International Airport in Newark, NJ.

Hey, where is the rest of the trip, did you start at Howard Beach or Jamaica? Or did you arrive by bus at Terminal 5 or even Lefferts Boulevard? Would love to see a walk through Lefferts Boulevard AirTrain-Station.

Hi, "Kid", the most of what you filmed at JFK wasn't built when I touched JFK for my 1st time in May 1980 for going to Lebanon, PA. I took a shuttle that me carried to a car rental. There I got a huge sedan and went via Allentown to Lebanon. 2 miles before reaching Lebanon a V-belt broke. Ir was replaced at a gas station in town by a new one for $ 8.00 (!!!) - really: USD 8.00!
Search for my target at *W Kercher Ave, Lebanon, PA, USA* with GOOGLE Earth - that works. It is the 1st house righthand.

I travelled from new delhi to nyc this may and jfk airport looks old compared to the new IGI airport in new Delhi. Airports in nyc need a major makeover .. they are falling behind the rest of the world.

Which USA International Airports have the best light rail systems that can take you to the main downtown city Such as Seattle/Denver for examples ones where you don't need a taxi or Uber you can simply take the light rail train to the city center
So the Hudson news stand is to the left of the exit as you leave the baggage claim. That's good to know, as you can get MetroCards in there. Saves time lining up at Howard or Jamaica Beach stations, and you can get something to drink to toast a successful flight! :D

I must admit it has changed a lot since my ground zero trip days, the train is a good idea, it must make getting between terminalsa lot easier.
