Regarding your question, after immigration, at the baggage reclaim area, there are plenty of TV Monitor where flight number and airport origin is written with corresponding carousel or bagge belt number. Example is @ 4:10, there is a number 4 for the baggage carousel and on its right, there is a TV Monitor.
      Some Airlines also, announce after landing the number of baggage velt/carousel.

    It depends really on whether your flight arrives at the same time with many other international flights. In the UK, the early morning arrivals mean a congested passport control because of wide bodies coming from East Asia.
    That said, for flying from the Europe to the US, Aer Lingus is the way to go because it goes via DUB and you avoid the massive queue upon arrival in the US. You clear CBP at DUB and arrive as a domestic passenger.

    I have a question. When someone is departing from USA does workers check your passport with your boarding pass before boarding area (gates)? Why I am asking because in Canada for example workers don't care about your identification before boarding area (area for passengers only) they check only your boarding pass which is absolutely not right. They check your photo id with boarding pass only before boarding the airplane when you departing from Canada. I am just wondering whether in USA the same rules like in Canada or they check your documents twice? (Before boarding airplane it's mandatory rule worldwide I think to identify you) but I am wondering whether they check your identity in usa airports before allowing you to proceed to boarding area (gates) ?

    • @Bachling1
      @Bachling1  Год назад

      Thank you for your question, in my video titles Departure Walk 4k Dulles International Airport @2:28 that is the first time they checked my passport, basically airport workers just check your boarding pass and passport. The second time they check the passport and boarding pass is before boarding. This scenario applies if you are travelling on an International flight. So they check the passport and boarding pass twice. Hope I was able to answer your question.

    • @gregorchitchian9131
      @gregorchitchian9131 Год назад

      @@Bachling1 thank you for answering. It was interesting to know that. I've got it.)) My point is that it's minimum what they must do. In some countries there is also passport control on departures where worker put the stamp "departure" in case you are "clean". Perhaps in Canada they trust you too much. From one side-it's good, but from another-excessive trust is also a bad thing in my opinion.

    • @Bachling1
      @Bachling1  Год назад

      @@gregorchitchian9131 Canada, USA and UK, they do not stamp the passport on departure as per my experience. If someone overstays or breaks the law then he/she will face the consequemces later.

      @@Bachling1 sorry for late reply. Yes I understood it. If you ask my opinion though passport control on departures should be mandatory in all countries around the world. It's for your own good. In case you need you will easy prove when you entered/exited country. Without such stamps it will be much harder to prove, but that's another topic. My point is that when there is no passport control on departures-it's already enough trust. It cannot and should not be more than that. Should be at least like in the USA airports. Surprisingly in Canada they don't even care who proceeding to the boarding area. They checking your passport in Canada only before boarding airplane. But what if it's not the boarding pass of an actual passenger? Than this person will end up in the trouble in the boarding area: He/she will not be able neither to board airplane (because his/her identity will not match in the passport) neither exit that area easily. It will also be "headache" for airport workers to identify someone who should not enter boarding area at the first place. Let's assume it's a passenger's boarding pass but what if he forgot his passport somewhere in the airport? In this case he will also be in trouble in the boarding area. My point is: Where is too much trust-it's also bad. Everything must have it's limits and common sense. This is it. Take care. Bye)

      @@jimakcelik6486 I agree with you, a lot of countries are either making a new airport or making a major renovation. Airport is the gateway of a country/state and it should give the tourist a very good impression about the country.
