    Funny how they blame it all on Rodgers but infact it’s Boomers buddy’s fault, Joe D for making the deals and not signing a capable backup QB and an offensive line to protect the QB, instead he signed Cook and 2 no name WR’s that have done little to help the offense, Nevermind the Bklyn RB !

    If JD would have signed a real QB when Rodgers got hurt instead of deciding to punt the season away 4 snaps in, maybe we’d have a chance but instead they threw the same guy we so desperately needed to replace last year and expected anything to be different.

    Mike White is made of glass. Two seasons he started with the Jets, and two seasons ended in season ending injuries. Imagine him behind this Jets o-line? Can we stop being delusional about how good he is? He's a typical back up, he's good for two, maybe three games, and once he's schemed against, that's it. We saw it last year against the Vikings.

      I am now firmly believing the only reason he wanted Hackett is so he could change basically every single call out there without any repercussions. Bc there is zero zero zero alternative reason that makes any “sense”. And Jesus Christ Cobb and Lazard lol. I am actually surprised a crazy jets fan hasn’t punched Lazard in the face by now. He looks like me catching a random sock or ball my brother or boyfriend threw my way unexpectedly. Meaning he looks like he cannot catch a ball without almost dropping it 11x first (or just actually dropping it which is his go to). Not advocating it but it is genuinely surprising.

    I agree with Gio. Rodgers is controlling this team right now. Salah is just bowing down to Rodgers. 🏈🏈🏈This defense has been treated like crap because they should have gotten a good backup months ago so they had a fighting chance. Instead, all of Rodgers friends stayed in the game even though they played poorly. I guarantee he will probably get hurt again next year and retire leaving the Jets in shambles. I’m so sorry to Jets fans and that great defense. ☹️

    Notice how this is the complete opposite of Brady in every respect. All the players that he brought into Tampa with him were there because of their football skills and what they could contribute to the common objective of winning. That's the big weakness Rodgers has, he is too selfish and self-absorbed to be a true leader. In the end, it's all about serving his ego.

      Good comparison I agree I cannot believe these guys he wanted, that are playing absolutely atrociously, with the worst oc for this setup- it’s all just mind blowing. Rodger’s Lazard and Cobb is NOT Brady’s gronk and AB in TB lol. it’s kind of insane how bad Rodger’s guys are
      I don’t even understand how Lazard would be good at this point with Rodger’s.. he cannot even hold the ball- it’s either missed, dropped, or the most clumsy bumpy catches on even clean passes. He sucks. And the play calls are just disgusting on offense. Let’s give it to Hall to rush directly for 1 yard. That’s the play over and over after 2-3 passes are dropped or incomplete. An automated AI bot could make better calls than Hackett I do not understand how or why this is what Rodger’s wants / demanded

    No one has patience and EVERYONE loves drama! How are these radio guys so SURE that Aaron Rodgers is the one who is deciding these things, as if someone told them this, or they heard it directly said by someone in the organization. No one gets mad at the media for pushing false narratives, but they get mad at Rodgers for shit he never said or did!

    • @artis1969
      @artis1969 10 месяцев назад +2

      You're not wrong. But Rodgers can be sneaky in the way he gets his points out in public. Very passive aggressive. He played that game in GB at least the last three years he was there. He loves all the speculation that swirls around his vagueness. I agree that media deals mostly in speculation to get ratings. But in that way, Rodgers is the perfect topic for them to postulate over for hours because he loves playing the part of clever while everyone runs around guessing.

    • @jrjet05
      @jrjet05 10 месяцев назад

      @@artis1969 I disagree, because I used to get accused of something very similar so I understand where he’s coming from. He found a platform where he can be treated fairly and get his point across without an argument. No one want to be used, and that’s what most media does is use the athletes or stars to further their own careers. They bait them, put words in their mouth, ask pointed questions, repeat questions to force an answer, who wants to go through THAT! Trust me the reason why most athletes have their own podcasts now, is because of the mistrust/ disdain of the media. I love hearing Aaron speak freely, but he still has to be CAUTIOUS when he speak because he knows it will be picked apart afterwards. And yeah, he enjoys getting his barbs in when he can, and I don’t blame him.

    • @artis1969
      @artis1969 10 месяцев назад

      @@jrjet05 I cant argue with any of that. But that doesnt mean Rodgers is above using the same type of tactics the media uses. I appreciate how he deals with reporters who seek out the tabloid drama. But make no mistake, Rodgers has that tendency as well and he can manipulate just as well as the ppl he criticizes. This is what got old in Green Bay, whether it was Rodgers intention or not. Going to the largest market in the world, everyone knows the deal. Major markets have airtime to fill, so they resort to hot takes and drum up controversy out of thin air.

    • @jrjet05

      @@artis1969 I guess anyone is capable of that, even you and I. I just appreciate someone who doesn’t conform, even when pressured. Who is brave enough to take on topics and people who are more powerful than he is. Someone who thinks for himself and is not influenced by the threat of being canceled. What other type of individual would have the balls to put his legacy on the line and come to the NY Jets.! A place where he is now “being BLAMED for “killing the season” of a team that is widely believed to have ALREADY had a CURSE on it, BEFORE he got there!” A man currently battling back from an injury that has ended careers in the past, with so much success that they are now claiming he LIED about the severity of his injury. I RESPECT the shit out of him! You see what you see when you look at him, and I see what I see. Fair enough?

    • @artis1969

      @@jrjet05 Fair enough. We agree much more than disagree. I appreciate that about Rodgers too. The guy is one of the most interesting interviews in the NFL, even better like you say in more free form platforms.
      I'm seeing it from the rearview while you're looking at it in current time. As a Packer fan, I had the pleasure of watching every snap of his career, and there was far more good than bad. I love the guy, so his ego to me was just something that's a component of what makes him great. All great competitors have that prickly side to them.
      But I can't say, especially after last season, that I wasn't relieved once he declared he wanted out of GB. They weren't going any further with him, and not only due to him. All parties needed to shake hands and walk away. So when I say he has that contrarian side to him, it's not automatically a bad thing. It just ran its course and got bigger than the organization in GB. I would love to see the guy take the Jets on a playoff run if possible. The league is much better with him in it than not.

    Rodgers going down exposed the coaching staffs inability to coach. You should be able to be at least competitive with your backups in. Hackett took Denver down the drain offensively and now the Jets. How does Zach show a slight bit of growth yet they are a worse offense than last year?

    • @deeee4663
      @deeee4663 10 месяцев назад

      Spot on. Seeing regression of this magnitude is only paralleled in Mac Jones currently. Both teams have a huge disconnect atm with their qbs / ocs/ head coach.
      zero tailoring to strengths for the jets / Wilson, like salah literally said 2 weeks ago they were still using the offense for rogers on Zack… what? Why? Mind boggling. Yet Tommy devito can now play decent under daboll now that they’ve seen his strengths and weaknesses- who let’s not forget also helped develop Josh Allen lol. Hackett is absolutely not that guy as offensive coordinator in no realm of the real world.

And putting the elder QB in, doesn't hurt your image from a coaching perspective. HE WILL GET Chased around and beat up too! lol . . . I think he's going to do worse and make Zack look good. I still think it comes back to offensive schemes and piling on a run Mentality... keep the passing game short and sweet. Try to possess the ball as much on the clock as possible. From an amateur coaching perspective, The jets are simply not making the best of what they have to work with, Which is disgusting when accepting the money and level of ego that exists in the NFL..
