Although uncommon in Southeast Asia, Morton's neuromas can cause considerable pain in the forefoot. It can be assessed and identified using ultrasound and squeezing the metatarsal heads to make the neuroma pop out. This video talks about positioning the patient and imaging for a Morton's neuroma.
