Great video Dr Dinesh. Very informative, keep up the good work. I have similar rectus femoris injury while playing football. I had disruption of both direct and indirect head of my rectus femoris with some proximal retraction of the tendon into my thigh. The tendon retraction is 6.8cm from its origin. The injury happened 4 weeks ago. I have rested for two weeks and now doing physio sessions. Please any advice to help me with recovery as I’m aiming to get back to playing as soon as I can.

l'm only 30 and l have arthritis in the SC, which cause me a very significant amount of pain. l hope the injections can help.

For subscapularis tendon the width is top to bottom, the length is from horizontal( lateral to medial) and thickness is from front to back? What is the typical pure tendon body length before you reach the musculotentinious junction of subscapularis like what is the cutoff usually at medially is it at like the glenoid labrum level, medial end of coracoid etc?
