I love it how you can hear a bit of a progression in your music taste across your first album and your latest song. You can tell that doing this channel and being exposed moreso to those Bjork/Sevdaliza type strings influenced that intro (in my belief) but it still has that Dorian Electra techno I believe I remember you being a huge fan of!
The new song is so good! Was loving the vibe of Swan Songs too.. felt some Mitski and Lana vibes.

This album is really impressive! Off of my first listen, my top 3 on the album from least to most favorite were Obsession With Progression, Do I Want This?, and Lost Boy Alone. I love that you were willing to experiment a lot with vocals, there were many points where it reminded me of a Salem witch-like sound (if that's a good way to explain it), which is so pleasant to me. The experimental instrumentation is also right up my aisle. Synthetic was great too and I'd love to hear more songs in that direction!
Also I can understand the thing with the accent, it's unfortunate but even artists like FKA Twigs (who's one of my favorite artists and I know you really like her as well), I've heard people complain about her using her accent in songs before which is absurd to me. It's a great accent and adds so much to the vocals, I'm glad you're comfortable with it now though and I can fully understand why you had insecurities about it back then.

What does the process of mastering an album entail?
ooft there's a lot to it , and everyone does it a bit differently . but using compressors, equalisers and limiters are all part of the process. and going back and forth with the mix is a massive part of it too !
