It is hardly an embarrassment-it would be the same [if not more] in many big cities in the world these days. It is the land plot that is the4 valuable part-not so much the house.
Why is it shame and embarressment? How is Ireland (Dublin) different from other expensive cities in the world? The problem is everywhere, Irelands not special.
Having lived in Dublin 30 years ago if you gave it to me for nothing I could not live there again. Being from the countryside we used to keep the dogs in better accommodation than that hut.
Is this Waterford Whispers? No...April 4th? No. Christ this is depressing. It's funny they have they have such businesslike realtor when they didn't even bother to do some basic cleaning before showing off the house.
Dog boxes can smarten up nicely with some clever renovation and creative imagination maximising the space available. People who will buy this kind of houses are investers, to do this up probably cost around 3000 per square metre, and get a few shitty free furniture which is plentiful in Dublin, at a total cost below 250 grand then rent it out, 1200 1 bed 1800 2 bed

That place is a dump. It needs to be taken apart and put back together again, it is completely rotten with damp. It would take about 180, 000 euros to make it habitable.

Robbie Rob You'd better put your money back in your pocket. €8500 would still be a ripoff! Pathetic state of affairs. A decent place to live should NOT be a privilege reserved only for the rich. Sad.
What an embarrassment and shame upon Ireland that this is seen as a bargain. Pathetic and sad state of affairs.
There’s houses in most parts of Ireland that you can walk straight into for €85k, prices in Dublin are ridiculous
It's Dublin. Plenty of houses in far better condition and in better areas around the country for less. It's overpriced of course though.

@@dansnn8378 what do you expect?? It's the capital city. It's the seat of business, tech and government.
In most normal civilized countries , the owners of such ruins are fined and ordered by the court to destroy the building and clean up the place.

"ye can't get a fuckin ehh can't get a"
€85,000 for a dump!! That's crazy!! People have lost their perspective!!
Galway is where it’s at. Stop investing in a city that has reached its full potential, and invest in a city that’s fast growing and vibrant.
Even builders wont touch it
A very clever person will snap it up and flip it and make a tidy profit

it would be illegal in some countries to sell a property in such conditions. Even rats would run away afraid to get some infections
Love this comment 😃👍

It's not worth that much it's a dump ..to get it to look good it needed to be gutted shocking selling it for that night price
In 2024 this would have been 2x price

Bulldoze it and stop insulting folks
I wonder if Ronan Crinion in the video is from Westmeath. He might be a long-lost relative. Regarding the 85,000, it doesn't seem worth it.
OVER PRICED RUBBISH
