I actually like the watch. The name was probably a little too much But a different dial color would of set it off much better for sure... a Buccaneers red dial would be INSANE... The Roast was hilarious & cringe at the same time too 🤣

Rolex is too classy to do it. Could have done some for Federer but sensibly didn’t. (or if they did they had him keep it quiet). AP, with too many comic watches and now this - embarrassing.

AP is not a step up from Rolex…never has been. AP makes 1 model line that people aspire to own. Almost all Rolex models are iconic and people aspire to own them. Also, APs are unreliable, unlike Rolex.

AP is damaging their brand with pieces like this. A top brand shouldn't pander to any celebrity, athlete, or artist.
The VII is even worse, because it is on the 11 o'clock position. I mean come on, that is just dumb and ugly beyond comprehension.

Tom Brady is a 1 of 1 future NFL HOFamer; therefore, his ownership of that AP watch which will sell some day like Paul Newman's Rolex Daytona. Celebrities add value to watches, cars, houses memorabilia because there will always be people who will pay up for things that were touched by people who have accomplished great things. I am NOT a fan of the watch, but I am explaining the power of fame and its ability to add value to things that these heroic people have touched.
