I have Tabitha Brown Cook book, but she uses some processed vegan meats (Beyond and other brand vegan meats) including her own brands... ⚠️ STAY AWAY; IT TASTE GOOD BUT ABSOLUTELY THEY ARE NOT HEALTHY AND IT MIGHT KICK YOU OFF TRACK OF YOUR HEALTH JOURNEY... The homemade meats in her book like pecans, walnuts or mushrooms meat are great choices as meat substitutes... 🙏🏾Many Blessings on your healthy vegan journey... I'll be here to support💙... P.S. Blessings! *May I suggest, try almond flour or oatmeal flour, both you can make yourself in the food processor or blender, or buy from store... they are good binders for veggie burgers, also try making zucchini fries, butternut squash fries in air fryer. And when you are really struggling and want something crispy or fried.. try cauliflower, season it dip in almond milk, then in almond/ oat flour and fry. Also eggplant sliced, seasoned well, dip in almond milk and dredged in oat/ almond flour and fry. No fry food is not good for us but maybe once a week as a Sunday dinner to help with some cravings.. I Pray these suggestions help.. I've been vegetarian 19 yrs and it's great!! Praying for your success 🙌

Weight comes fast and takes long to go. I remember when I could lose weight in a snap but I also never let myself get much over 150# except when I had my daughter years ago

Hi Abiyah, you look great, your skin looks very nice. I like having vegetarian meals but sometimes I'm concerned about getting proper protein and B 12. Can you share what is the best way to deal with this? I'm not a fan of soy because it's used as a filler in so many foods...I only eat tofu on occasion. Please share, and thanks so much. I think if you add a can of black beans and pinto beans to your veggie patty, they might work out better. 😊
For your burger you can use chickpea flour which is a vegetable or almond flour which is just ground nuts and that will stay within your food plan. I think one of the reasons you’re losing weight is because you’re also eating raw uncooked fruits and vegetables. That always works for me😉
Hey ma friend you is looking good.. Find ai recipe for cut up CARROTS and bake them in the OVEN with some olive oil and seasoning I think you will love them. 😂❤😊
When you do vegan make sure you take your vitamins. My sister went vegan and she was low on something. I can't remember what it was exactly but the doctor asked her did she eat meat she said no and she said that explains why your low in thus vitamin so she had to take supplements. I'll have to ask her exactly which vitamin she became low in after she started her vegan journey

I dontvgo by weight for this reason. I go by how my clothes fit and inches. I can also tell by my face when it's slim and my cheekbones are popping. I know I'm keeping my weight off but when my face starts getting plump then it's time for me to get it together😅
