We love Granbury, but finding the non HOA home we want seems very tough. We'll probably end up more near Weatherford or Springtown and just drive in. We wanted shop, greenhouse and chickens. The HOAs not poultry friendly and some even against the shop or greenhouse... Good video.
If you want to move to the S texas coast, I moving from Aransas Pass, probaby to Granbury. I'll be selling my 4/3 with shop, guesthouse AND Chicken coop. No HOA, 1.5 acres. It checks all the boxes. ;)
Thank you! Yes, there are several communities between Granbury and Weatherford off of Hwy 51, or Lipan Hwy, that are 15 minutes to downtown Granbury but are located in Weatherford.
