- A judge in a small eastern Kentucky town was shot and killed in his chambers Thursday, and the local sheriff is under arrest. District Judge Kevin Mullins, 54, was discovered with multiple gunshot wounds, according to the Kentucky State Police. Nobody else was injured. This is problem across the whole country, most investigations are just consensus or ONCRs. Typically on average most humans are really bad at investigating.
