We are so proud of you Leanne. Well done - Keep going, we love you.
Leanne came on my radar when she won the American Cup. American Girl just happened to have released an Asian gymnastics doll that year. She's also from the metro area of the Chiefs. I hope her and Trinity do well this elite competition year!
You go Leanne 😊I always wanted one one those bows but I'm a man so idk what to do with it ❤
She sells mini bows and Owen her coach puts them on his sneakers!
@@AnywhereChrista 🙂
@@AnywhereChrista I LOVE his little sneaker bows! Mostly because it sends the message that he really cares about Leanne.❤
Leanne is always signing autographs for the kids. She's exactly the type of gymnast that should be representing the US.
thoughtchu meant trail blazer as in the nba team 😭😭

I absolutely love her. Go Leanne Go! We are all behind you!
Wonder if they ever landed on their head. This sport looks like it can go bad real quick
Not televised
Happens all the time. They also tear more Achilles than any other college sport.
@@Vintagefeen Not televised? There have been MANY televised incidents of gymnasts landing on their heads over the decades. Two moments that come to mind are Amy Chow and Dominique Moceanu hitting their heads on the beam in the 90s. Those didn't result in paralysis or death, but they were scary and did cause some gnarly injuries.
The fact that it can go bad real quick is 100% true. A college gymnast died in training sometime in the last few years. Paralysis is not unheard of. Concussions are common and used to be dismissed by coaches.
This is exactly why it was so important for Simone Biles to pull out of most of her events in Tokyo when it was clear she'd lost air awareness (got the "twisties"). If she'd tried to push through it she really could've broken her neck.
Tiger mom, my mom was the same
love it!
Go Gators 🐊
aleah finnegan, though now for philippines, uses her college coaches at LSU for elite competitions.
Coulda highlighted the sold out arenas in the SEC and her Gym Slam she just completed
I could have sworn I saw a RUclips video years ago when Leanne was 12 or 13 talking about gymnastics. She has grown up into an incredible athlete and talented young woman!
Simone still the golden standard
NO, she's not anymore, not after her failure at the last Olympics.
about being a diva in the Olympic? sure
@@JurgenMiHoffThe most decorated gymnast of all time*
@@kingbullyrock8739”Failure” yet she won 2 medals in the only 2 events she competed in.
