Excellent video!! I can’t stand people that constantly interrupt or talk over others.. it’s just RUDE.. my cousin does this.. I finally put my hand up (like stop) and she gave me a deer in the headlights look. Lol
The problem is just that u lose ur self real quick when u brave like that. I used to be like this when people were around me but is wasn’t good for my mental health at all. People always wanted to talk to me or they just wanted advice but as soon as I wasn’t around people anymore I just felt broken and everything was just to much for me. It got to a point were I couldn’t go outside anymore. My opinion on this is that it’s just toxic and I would never recommend training your self to be like this. Please take care of yourself because I don’t want you to end up like I did.
