This is the best video I've found as a foundation for how to make the beans. You can add and subtract to your liking but overall, this is what you need to make them delicious. Don't skip the chorizo though, it's one of the most important steps that elevates the flavor. I also like to add some tomato bullion and I don't skimp on tomatoes either.
