To everyone who questions why the Tauren are still with the Horde, this is why. The Horde basically saved the Tauren from extinction, gave them a permanent home, and a chance at a better future. Such deeds can never be forgotten, and such bonds don't break so easily. It's also worth noting that Thrall originally just meant Garrosh's appointment as Warchief to be temporary, but it was made permanent due to the Cataclysm and him being needed. Though it's still stupid he let Garrosh stay as Warchief, his choice is more logical in this context, he meant it to be a learning experience.

Hey Nobbel, long time viewer, first time commenting. I apologize if you have answered this question in the past. Do you think the Blood Elves could use the sunwell to make a super elf much like Tyrande has done?

It seems similar to what is happening on Dranor in the orc allied race quest chain.

Garrosh was the War hero from Northend. Orc society love their war heroes and would have backed Garrosh with Thrall standing down. And it would have happened no matter what.
I blame Blizzard with their "The PLOT DEMANDS IT!!!!" mentality and short sighted "How can we make more money now?" instead of creating a foundation for a more profitable future. Thrall, a.k.a. Go'el, would have known better than to appoint Garrosh as Warchief based on Thrall's character development from Warcraft III and knowledge of Grom Hellscreams Character flaws and seeing the similarities within Garrosh realizing that Garrosh could develop into a worthy candidate for Warchief one day but wasn't ready yet. Blizzard really dropped the ball with the storyline after Warcraft III for seemingly just for the ability to dump a bunch of expansion content as quickly as possible instead of taking the time to make quality content that would of held true to the character arcs of the Warcraft III heroes and made more sense within the Warcraft universe.

Such a dumb decision by Thrall to appoint Garrosh as warchief, against all logic and advice by the other leaders, it was very out of character for him to not listen to Cairne. @@headlocks76 care to point out some examples of said unfair mak'gorah?
@@pitsburg91 well...one you have in this video - poison, second happend with saurfang :)
@@filipendris3641 Garrosh did not know his weapon was poisoned, as far as both parties knew the fight was fair. Sylvannas knew she had lost the horde the moment she made her "nothing" comment, she used that magic blast to kill Surfang because the result of the Mak'gorah was pointless by that point. Both of your examples are mute at best.
@@pitsburg91 not rly? If you get unfair advantage that you do not know about it does not make your victory fair thats for cairne. And the second one although you are right it still was unfairly fought mak gora no matter the resons
"young pup still wet behind the ears" Dude Cairne Garrosh is almost old enough to be Thrall's dad lol
Damn Cairne! So powerful yet old and wise and of course stubborn
I love Cairne. Tauren forever! OK...Draenei forever (since I played way more of my alliance shaman than my Horde one)...but Cairne and the Tauren are just such a fantastic race.
Let the Earth Mother sssmile upon you
Carine's voice in WC3 is so good.
Could we get an updated overview of Alleria and Turalyon please?
The first druid was a Tauren
First Shamman in Azorath was a Tauren
Master race no doubt , feel in love with them sonce WC3 and i have all Tauren classes as Tanks
Hail the Tauren!
Go Tauren or go home
"My village is in danger "
-Craine
To everyone who questions why the Tauren are still with the Horde, this is why. The Horde basically saved the Tauren from extinction, gave them a permanent home, and a chance at a better future. Such deeds can never be forgotten, and such bonds don't break so easily.
It's also worth noting that Thrall originally just meant Garrosh's appointment as Warchief to be temporary, but it was made permanent due to the Cataclysm and him being needed. Though it's still stupid he let Garrosh stay as Warchief, his choice is more logical in this context, he meant it to be a learning experience.
And then Horde told Baine and the rest of Bloodhoof tauren to go and die in the ditch when Magatha took over. So?
@@MrVlad12340 That was more Garrosh's fault than the Horde's, and he probably knew she was gonna get kicked out regardless of the Horde's involvement anyway.
Take heart young one!
Finally see a nobbel video launch and I'm busy. Why must life be so cruel ._.
This was more like a history of the entire Tauren race
8:30 Don't talk to me or my Baine ever again
If you ever write a book, please make an eBook as well because your voice is just so angelic
And here we have the only Bloodhoof that matters
I miss the Bro relationship between Thrall and Cairne :(
The cowboi's maybe my favorite race in all of wow.....
Would Medivh be "The Lord of Ravens".. or maybe someone we havent met yet? Medivh is A:A powerful figure who has some significance B:Is corruptible C:He's been gone a long time D:He's literally often known to turn into ravens(and again, has significant power) E:He isn't confirmed Dead(and most characters who disappear re-appear if they are Significant and not confirmed dead)
This is not likely, but it'd fit how his character's been a thing in ALL the warcrafts.
Would be cool if we knew more about the Tauren-centaur wars, and just how many of them were killed by the horse men.
Nobbel, kan je een keer lore doen over alle factions die bij de Horde/Alliance horen die niet playable zijn? loveeee
Garrosh you are not fit to rule the horde!!
Nobbel87 has Hearthstone Lore and recently put up Lore. What is the difference? Is he retelling the story of Cairne or am I overthinking it?
Now that I got that out of the way: THIS... This is why I have always played as a Tuaren since The Burning Crusade. They are the most noble and smartest members of the Horde.
Hey Nobbel, long time viewer, first time commenting. I apologize if you have answered this question in the past. Do you think the Blood Elves could use the sunwell to make a super elf much like Tyrande has done?
Maybe if you ask that Naruu corpse very nicely, he'll give the blood elves the power to kill his friends.
In all seriousness, it seems to me, that the ones that could accomplish something like that would be Velenn or a Naruu. It seems similar to what is happening on Dranor in the orc allied race quest chain.
The story of Cairne, and the war of the ancients, and the blood elves, and draenor
Pass the peacepipe.
Hey.. puff puff give, thats the rule
*WHAT! NO! MY VILLAGE IS IN DANGER!*
I have a good question, does the horde death knights gets commanded from the leader of the horde or the banshee queen, after all the undead is ruled by the lich king but the ones whom escapes the lich kings grasps would be a servant of the bashee queen, so who does command the undead death knights the horde leader or the banshee queen?
If the legion class quests/Easter eggs are anything to go by, it may be Bolvar.
There is a few undead lore characters thats aint held by the lich kings grasps what about derak proudmoore he was raised by sylvannas but he doesn't follow her command after baine released him to jania
@@bustercellillidari5325 Well, the Derek story isn't finished yet. So we will see about that.
@@brettwallace7687 does bolvar like the horde at all, if not why hasnt he turn all the death knights against sylvannas and slay her. And what control does sylvannas have with the undead/DKs besides being their warchief
I thought it was a hearthstone video 🌚
14:28 Cairne's stubbornness? It's not Cairne who's being stubborn my guy.
Why are all your phrases constructed like " Mr John, he ate an apple." and not "Mr John ate an apple." ? Is this to stay in "ye olde" spirit ? Does it sounds more authentic ? (Not native speaker here, just wondering.) Amazing work btw, I love to listen to your stories !
Cairn what an old bad ass.
Well, i guess ima watch fhis befor going to sleep and school
The Taunka should return as an Allied Race.
Could you do a Story for Deathwing or Garrosh after Carine and Baine's Story?
yay he did make one :D
Thought was over it but this video make me want to kill That Grimmtotem again.
Caine definetely won this fight here
stronger braver and more honorable fighter.
The Tauren high chieftain is a legend.
He’s a good card
Im still curious why he just didn't make cairne or vol jin warchief,or saurfang
Garrosh was the War hero from Northend. Orc society love their war heroes and would have backed Garrosh with Thrall standing down. And it would have happened no matter what.
Ah carine the lore hero who's death sealed the hordes fate as the alliance's whipping child
Really now? Who’s cities are constantly bombed/burned? Which faction had half of its faces as refugees? I give you a clue - it isnt Horde.
Blizzard really dropped the ball with the storyline after Warcraft III for seemingly just for the ability to dump a bunch of expansion content as quickly as possible instead of taking the time to make quality content that would of held true to the character arcs of the Warcraft III heroes and made more sense within the Warcraft universe.
and the green boy regret his decision about garrosh
Does Cairne's voice remind anyone else of Bernie Sanders?
Ish’ne alo’porah
What about the Flesh-Shaping the Mogu put the Yaungol through?
Garrosh has always been bitch made. He took a real one from us RIP CAIRNE
Where's your sunwalker dezco lore??
Every lore video have to start before the sundering and war of the ancients... You can't have a single topic without hearing these same stories again and again...
it's almost like the majority of WoW lore is related to the war of the ancients or something
@@brann925 Super boring story to hear in every video.
@@Khasidon necessary for people new to the story, I think it's fair.
If I don't hear you saying Cairne is Sargeras or chaos god incarnate, I don't want to hear it.
I have never played WoW, but Thrall seems like he made his decision purely to enact MoP.
Another example of characters doing stupid things just to create a plot
You've never played wow? I'm going to have to recommend you try classic for a few months when it comes out.

Yiiess.
What happened to rexxar?Has he died?
You should do a video about the mother’s/fathers of Warcraft for mothers/fathers day. In my own research, a lot of moms have been killed in WoW. Cairne could be in the top 10 of fathers in WoW.
A list I made in no particular order
Moms in WoW:
1. Katherine Proudmoore
2. Draka
3. Alexstrasza
4. Mia Greymane
5. Moira Bronzebeard
6. Vareesa Windrunner
7. Alleria Windrunner
8. Aggra
9. Aegwynn
10. Leyara Staghelm
Honorable Mention: M.O.T.H.E.R
Dads in WoW:
1. Varian Wrynn
2. Varok Saurfang
3. Cairne Bloodhoof
4. Genn Greymane
5. Turalyon
6. Rhonin
7. Daelin Proudmoore
8. Rastakhan
9. Durotan
10. Grommash Hellscream
Tauren are just the best race man and all my characters are female tauren!
I love all my Tauren Ladies too! They're the best!
Ugh... This video made me dislike Thrall😂
first tauren video?
Would the tauren ever join the alliance? The horde is not what it once was =(
RIP Cairne. The moment Garrosh killed him was the moment I decided I don't like him.
Nobbel have you seen the new wowhead video of Ashvane? ruclips.net/video/UICXfSPmuJQ/видео.html This proves the following
1. Sylvanas was in effect working with Azshara (she was forming an "alliance" with Ashvane" who in turn collaborated with Azshara) unless Sylvanas anticipated that Ashvane would be used as cannon fodder by Azshara.
2. Sylvanas *MIGHT* (not sure) be working with an Old God!
Though Cairne died, he was not forgotten. Garrosh would always remember how delicious his steak dinner was that night.
Holy crap you were so wrong thrall in that discussion.
damn
Such a dumb decision by Thrall to appoint Garrosh as warchief, against all logic and advice by the other leaders, it was very out of character for him to not listen to Cairne. Furthermore, the warchief is supposed to be followed and trusted by all the leaders of the horde. Garrosh wasn't, and that alone should've been enough to disuade Thrall from choosing him.
Do baine
