    I found this video by accident. I have always wanted to have Nutcrackers at the start of my drive way. I was so afraid someone would steal them! I'm going to make these this year! Thank you!

      Thanks. I still have them but haven't used them in the display for a couple years. I might put them out this year though.

    Did this hold up or would it in a hard Michigan Winter?

      So far 2 years. But Christmas is in our Summer. If it was winter, I would use plastic or even core-flute curved on a wooden frame.
