Great example of, when you know your stuff, you are able to explain it in simplest terms.

Great video. Thanks, Nate. I picked up from your lesson on In My Life, that the first two notes of the riff in the right hand make a minor 6, and find it a helpful way to remember that interval.

The same note played twice (perhaps by two different instruments) I'm used to hearing named as a "unison" interval. But perhaps in some contexts there could be a functional reason for calling it a diminished 2nd.
Hey Nate - hope I’m wording this correctly but and chance you could do a video on using 3rds, 5ths etc. while playing melodies or in arpeggios? Often in rockabilly or boogie woogie I see intervals used instead of just single notes but they have to be put together correctly to fit in. I’ll try to find some examples to include that might help this make more sense.
This sounds like a cool idea! I think I know what you mean. I was just thinking I should do some beginner boogie woogie tutorials...not my personal area of expertise but I think it would be fun :)
